The young lady greeted me with a smile, I paid, received my "Root Beer" ( as I always order ) then my meal came next without delay. Everything looked clean inside and out. ** I was hungry so I boogied home. Unfortunately it was a bit cold so into the microwave it went while I heated a piece of cheese garlic bread ! Yummy I do like their thick Texas toast bread. .. .time to eat, I'll write more once I've eaten ! I do believe this is REAL Chicken and not fake like so many places have. Victoria took our order and she was the best. The service was the best service I've received at any Raising Canes. They got the order right on the first go thanks to Victoria My name wasn't spelled correctly but that's nothing new and not an issue. The bob bread, coleslaw, chicken, and fries were all correctly prepared. The chicken was actually extra crispy as requested and all requested condiments were in bag at the first go. I don't always go to drive thru because of poor service but this Rasing Canes in Burleson was Stellar. customer service is great in drive thru but in the lobby , we had an online mobile order and it took 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us, even standing there when we were right in front of the counter. We even had an employee mutter "um okay" when she had saw us standing there to speak to someone. I can't say the same for CFA up the street. the manager philip was very rude after i brought back my cold tinders and cold frys did not want to give me a a refund or give me new food

I went through the drive-through ordered a three finger combo and two naked chicken tenders, I went to go pay they told me I ordered a kids meal, I corrected them and they said oh you're changing your mind now, took a bit to figure out how to change it, then promptly asked me to wait in the front around the corner, helped four cars and still did not bring out my food, when I went inside they hadn't even started on my food, I let them just keep the money because that's the last business they're getting from me. Food was fantastic, as usual. However the service was horrible. They got our order wrong, which doesn't matter to me. Not a big deal. However when I drove back through the line I was met with an extreme attitude. I understand work sucks, but they dropped the ball on their end and basically punished me for it. Also, still couldn't get my order right the SECOND time. Obviously they don't care. Called and spoke to the manager and was shocked to find out she was the one who we dealt with in the drive-thru. This is the best chicken tender place around. They keep their menu simple and they're extremely concerned about the quality of your experience and their food. The strips are lightly breaded and seasoned well. The Cane's sauce is the best and their coleslaw is great. Oh and the tea is phenomenal. Was looking for something new on our weekly excursions into town and dropped by the newly opened Cane's the other day. The chicken tenders were really hot and good. The crinkle fries were the best I've had in ages (makes a difference when the oil is fresh and they're not being fried up in the same fryer as fish). Wasn't impressed with the special sauce, though. A condiment should enhance the flavor of food and I personally found it to be rather bland and tasteless. I'm not quite sure why the company promotes it as being all that special because, well... it just wasn't. They offer a honey-mustard alternative, but a lot of folks don't care for that when dipping their chicken tenders, either. Come on, Cane's. You're putting these things up in Texas, now. And for chicken tenders/chicken fingers and the like, that means two things: cream gravy and BBQ sauce. Sure, keep your little "hip and trendy" dipping sauces, but dang it... add the "REAL" chicken dipping sauces in there, too. :) Loved the chicken Loved the fries Loved the Texas toast on side... So I asked for more ice and she got an attitude, snatched my cup from my hand, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. Then when she handed me my tea back I said thank you, she ignored me. THE BURLESON LOCATION IS GARBAGE! SKIP SKIP SKIP! I usually love Raising Cane's. The box combo is cheap, easy and almost always fresh from Cane's! I usually go to the location over on Hulen Street- but my family lives in Burleson so I've been to this location 2x now. This location is GARBAGE! You'd think with all of the hype on the radio and TV for this "new" location in Burleson the service, food and quality would be better. Here's my experience: 1. The food was lukewarm and soggy both times. Not fresh. 2. If you're in the dining room, good luck getting your food in a timely manner. Drive thru gets the most attention and the fastest service here! 3. The staff is rude- typical of the youth Burleson restaurants hire. ( I'm a 10+ year Burleson resident, almost every Burleson restaurant is this way) The Cane's on Hulen is always speedy, fresh, crispy and awesome... skip this cruddy location. If this was the first Cane's experience I've ever had... I'd have skipped it again. read more
