I ordered six breadless tenders that cost $12. No sides, just tenders. I asked for sauce when I received my food and she told me I have to pay for sauce since I didn't order sides.. WTF!! As dry and pricey as these tenders were I should not have to pay for a small side of dipping sauce! She charged my debit card for .42 cents for the sauce! Ridiculous! I won't be back! My first time to this place, it was actually very good. Had the six chicken finger combo with crinkle cut fries and two large pieces of Texas toast. It was excellent, the sauce is pretty good. customer service is great in drive thru but in the lobby , we had an online mobile order and it took 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us, even standing there when we were right in front of the counter. We even had an employee mutter "um okay" when she had saw us standing there to speak to someone. Spent $50 on 4 meals( 2 box combo,1 caniac, and 1 kids meal). Instead of Cole slaw we got double fries and the amount of fries was as if given normal portion. Chicken tenders were scraps it seemed. If it's the new portion size of the food given then your dollar will not get you far here. read more

Would you like Cane's sauce with your TAILGATE ORDER???? Not at this location. I live 9+ miles away to find out my $90+ order was without any Cane's sauce. The called the manager and she told me she would provide the sauce if I came back (Ha!) and that "the employees" are supposed to be checking orders before they go out the door. Went to this canes for the first time tonight. The place was dead. No customers inside and no cars in drive thru. Service was good. Food was good. The prices were insane. The ticket for just my wife was $5.40. For almost the exact same price we can both eat at chicken express. read more

I can't say the same for CFA up the street. I went through the drive-through ordered a three finger combo and two naked chicken tenders, I went to go pay they told me I ordered a kids meal, I corrected them and they said oh you're changing your mind now, took a bit to figure out how to change it, then promptly asked me to wait in the front around the corner, helped four cars and still did not bring out my food, when I went inside they hadn't even started on my food, I let them just keep the money because that's the last business they're getting from me. Food was fantastic, as usual. However the service was horrible. They got our order wrong, which doesn't matter to me. Not a big deal. However when I drove back through the line I was met with an extreme attitude. I understand work sucks, but they dropped the ball on their end and basically punished me for it. Also, still couldn't get my order right the SECOND time. Obviously they don't care. Called and spoke to the manager and was shocked to find out she was the one who we dealt with in the drive-thru. I ordered Jingle-pup plush pet and Jean, the cashier, didn't include it in my order, but did include her attitude when I asked which of the unmarked drinks was Coke and which was DP. This is the best chicken tender place around. They keep their menu simple and they're extremely concerned about the quality of your experience and their food. The strips are lightly breaded and seasoned well. The Cane's sauce is the best and their coleslaw is great. Oh and the tea is phenomenal. Always glad to have business owners from Louisiana here in Texas who do hospitality right. Wish they had some healthier options on the menu. read more

Was looking for something new on our weekly excursions into town and dropped by the newly opened Cane's the other day. The chicken tenders were really hot and good. The crinkle fries were the best I've had in ages (makes a difference when the oil is fresh and they're not being fried up in the same fryer as fish). Wasn't impressed with the special sauce, though. A condiment should enhance the flavor of food and I personally found it to be rather bland and tasteless. I'm not quite sure why the company promotes it as being all that special because, well... it just wasn't. They offer a honey-mustard alternative, but a lot of folks don't care for that when dipping their chicken tenders, either. Come on, Cane's. You're putting these things up in Texas, now. And for chicken tenders/chicken fingers and the like, that means two things: cream gravy and BBQ sauce. Sure, keep your little "hip and trendy" dipping sauces, but dang it... add the "REAL" chicken dipping sauces in there, too. :) Loved the chicken Loved the fries Loved the Texas toast on side... My cashier at the drive thru her name is (according to my receipt) Shandele is extremely rude. She handed me my half and half tea with no ice. Who likes warm tea? So I asked for more ice and she got an attitude, snatched my cup from my hand, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. Then when she handed me my tea back I said thank you, she ignored me. THE BURLESON LOCATION IS GARBAGE! SKIP SKIP SKIP! I usually love Raising Cane's. The box combo is cheap, easy and almost always fresh from Cane's! I usually go to the location over on Hulen Street- but my family lives in Burleson so I've been to this location 2x now. This location is GARBAGE! You'd think with all of the hype on the radio and TV for this "new" location in Burleson the service, food and quality would be better. Here's my experience: 1. The food was lukewarm and soggy both times. Not fresh. 2. If you're in the dining room, good luck getting your food in a timely manner. Drive thru gets the most attention and the fastest service here! 3. The staff is rude- typical of the youth Burleson restaurants hire. ( I'm a 10+ year Burleson resident, almost every Burleson restaurant is this way) The Cane's on Hulen is always speedy, fresh, crispy and awesome... skip this cruddy location. If this was the first Cane's experience I've ever had... I'd have skipped it again. read more
