I had an amazing experience here today!! I ordered a "bunless" Monterrey Melt since I am doing a low carb diet. I was very impressed by the way they packaged it and the presentation was awesome. I've ordered similar at Sonic and they gave it to me like a regular burger in the foil wrapper and it was hard and messy to eat. Horrible horrible expierences. I live near near this location and after the 3rd time going and spending $20 on food that the employees can't seem to figure out. A burger with mayo and cheese only is very simple if you give a crap. This location obviously hires anyone and gives poor service. Plenty of both* ketchups means 1 regular and 4 spicy. People simply not giving a care in the world, I will not visit this location nor anyone I know again. I went today, I walk in and walk up to the cashiers and neither of them says a word to me no hi nothing before even considering me the younger cashier starts taking the order of a guy that walked in after me. When the older cashier notices I'm annoyed she just says to me "wait until the computer turns on" like it was of any help then the young one ends up taking my order and she had a terrible attitude she definitely looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there.... Not sure why this particular Whataburger only has 3 stars because it deserves more. We've been here about 4 times and every visit the ladies working the speaker and windows are so sweet. Order is always right, and always plenty of ketchup in the bag. Love this location. Only thing I wish y'all had was blue Powerade, but the sweet tea is always good!!! Every time I go to this Whataburger, they get my order wrong. I order the same thing every time (a patty melt with no onions and extra sauce, onion rings, and a coke) and every other Whataburger I've been to has never had a problem with it. I like going here because it is so close to my house, but my sandwich is always incorrect. It's always filled with onions and the smallest amount of sauce. The restaurant itself is nice, but I would rather just drive to Alta Mesa and get the correct food. read more

This specific Whataburger is the absolute best! The manager Shanna is awesome and always very friendly, making sure we like our order. The staff is great too, each and every person there is always very nice. But most importantly, their food is awesome, other Whataburger locations I've been too, food is greasy or slapped together like they were in a rush, I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and I've been coming there for 11 years! Wow! They lost my vote completely this time..... I went there a few min ago, I ordered a #1 ,and 2 # 14s. My kids wanted chicken strips. But the chicken bites were like half the price for the "meal". ($3.69 bites meal) and $6.49 strips meal. So I ordered the bites meals..... once to the pay window and heard my total . I said... why is it so high. She said it cost this amount... and I said what the screen said. So she told me to pull fowarding to next window. I did. And was really polite. I even said I don't mind paying whatever the cost is. But if I'm paying the same for strips. I want strips. She said she even went out to check the screen, and I was wrong and misunderstood the price. So I just said charge me for the strips and give me strips then. Received my order and they were very nice. But I still wanted to know if I was just crazy, so I drove back around and took a pic. And sure enough the #14 says $3.69!!!! So I went inside and showed her. She said "you right" and went outside and took it off the menu and went in with it, I guess to change it. I usually go through the drive through only. I've had terrible experiences here most of the times. Why do I still keep coming? Down the street from my house & I love Whataburger, unfortunately. But this particular location is ridiculous. The wait is always EXTREMELY long & customer service is horrible. If you can avoid coming here & have a closer Whataburger to you, save yourself the disappointment & enjoy your meal @ a different location. I am sitting in my car writing this review. As I pull up to the window, I didn't say anything waiting for the cashier to tell me "sorry for the long wait" "hello" anything at this point. He grabbed my card & sounded like he was arguing w the people working in the kitchen & shut the window. He's giving me my card & finally apologized for the wait. Seems there cc machine is down.. Not to mention they got my order wrong!! I hope a supervisor sees this & starts to make changes pretty soon! read more

Faster than a lot of whataburgers, staff was very helpful and nice. Got the number 1, and they gave me cheese complimentary. The inside was clean and tidy as well. I don't know why the other reviews are so bad. This was a pretty good whataburger experience. read more

Usually my experience here is very great! But tonight there was a couple of mishaps. The young lady serving us our food forgot to bring us our shakes. And when we asked her for them she brought the wrong flavors. Also, she didn't ask us if we wanted ketchup. read more

This Whataburger is slower than others and has gotten my order wrong 3 out of the last 4 times I've been there. They always apologize for the slowness but it doesn't matter when they're just going to mess up your order. I highly dislike this location but it's the closest one to me. read more

The food is good if you get what you ordered. This location is notorius for messing up my orders. If I go here at all, I eat inside so I can make sure I get the right food. They always leave something out and one time I got a completely different order. read more
