    I literally I literally stopped eating burgers because of this same reason! How did you manage to not fully cook my burger

    We went because I wanted ONION RINGS and they gave me fries instead of onion rings! ‍ Mistake on our part because we didn't check our order once it was handed to us, but it was repeated to us TWICE, once at the window, so why should we have checked, right? Other than that burgers were fine and drive thru was moving at a fair pace.

    I visited Chick-fil-A around 7:30 PM and ordered through the drive-thru. There was already one…read morevehicle pulled forward waiting on their order, while another vehicle at the window had paid and received their food. Once I pulled up, I paid for my order and was then asked to pull forward behind the other waiting vehicle. The additional wait time itself was definitely an issue, especially since no one informed me beforehand that there would be a delay before taking my payment. When I questioned why I was only being told after paying, the teenage cashier and her coworker responded with smart, unprofessional remarks that were completely unnecessary. Instead of waiting, I went inside and requested a refund from the manager, Tonia/LaTonia. While she did process the refund and apologize, her attitude also came across as nonchalant and unconcerned. She never asked what happened or why I wanted the refund, which made the apology feel insincere and dismissive. I understand many employees are young and still learning customer service skills, but professionalism, communication, and attitude matter. The poor attitudes from both the teen employees and the manager turned what should have been a simple fast-food visit into a frustrating experience. I also expect much better customer service from a brand like Chick-fil-A, which is known for its hospitality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of service the company promotes.
