The kids' Chicken Alfredo was a huge hit, the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the prime rib was tender, juicy, and one of the best we've had. We also started with the Caesar salad, and it was outstanding. The dressing was absolutely perfect and made it one of the best Caesar salads I've had in a long time. Be sure to save room for dessert. The Graham Chocolate Mousse Cake was incredible and the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. With an excellent menu featuring everything from prime rib and Italian favorites to a full bar, there's something for everyone. Absolutely LOVE this place! The food was amazing, but the environment is what really made it such a fun experience. They have Mike the pianist playing, people singing along, and the whole atmosphere is just SO cool and lively! Melissa, the manager, is fantastic, and all of the wait staff were so friendly and welcoming. I also LOVE that you can see right into the kitchen while they're making the pizzas--it makes the whole experience even more fun and unique! A hostess was not at the door to greet us when we got there but a food runner was nice enough to seat us. After that everything went downhill. Waitress seemed way too busy to wait on us and we ended up waiting just to get water. My husband's tea never got refilled even though it was completely empty. I ordered the chicken bruschetta and the meat was too tough to even cut with a butter knife. The main reason we went was to see the comedian, Steven Farmer perform at 8:00 pm in the back room. We booked a reservation online for 7:00 pm. Once seated we sat for 15 minutes watching 3 different wait staff hustle around us, while avoiding eye contact. Finally, Jade waited on us, explaining that the hostess didn't inform her that our table belonged to her. I ordered a salad, which was great. My partner ordered the sausage lasagna. He received a very cold spinach lasagna. The cheese on top looked like a hardened piece of plastic. He will eat whatever is placed in front of him, but it was disgusting. Don't lean back at ALL in the chairs, you'll tip over! The food: it's okay. The prime rib salad was disappointing and expensive for the cold, sinewy and chewy pieces of prime rib on top. The salad quality itself was good, but the quantity of (stinky) cheese + prime rib quality made it almost inedible. My bad for ordering it, I had higher hopes, I guess! The chicken Diane was good, but salty (over salted). If it had less salt, it would have been delicious! The frozen margarita is not good, don't get it. Beer options are okay, probably a safer choice. My husband & I stopped off at this place after looking for somewhere to go for some after dinner drinks. After seeing the dishes being brought out, we were wishing we'd eaten dinner there first! What a great find in Graham! We came with a large party at peak hours on a Friday night. They got us seated quickly and made sure our tables were close together. We tried most of the pizza offerings, and every one of them was excellent. I really appreciate that they had both adventurous and traditional offerings. My personal favorite was The Fig...I wish I would have ordered one for the road! The desserts were also excellent. The tiramisu and gelato got the most rave reviews, but the chocolate mousse, and cheesecake also got high praise. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. The staff is still playing catch up quite a bit, so be patient. The place is very nice with a super nice bar. The owner needs to invest in a bartender who doesn't do additional tasks. As for the food, I had the pizza ordering well done. They need to learn to bake to order. The pizza was normally cooked, and I like well done. I couldn't eat the center, but anyone who enjoys normal pizza it was very good. Solid New York style dough. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the bar, but the staff is clearly doing too much. A manager should be running things up front, or have a hostess and bar tender. Arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday night. Had to wait at the check in for about 10-15 minutes to get seated. They were busy, so it took about 10 minutes to get our drink orders. This place is newly remodeled and beautifully done. Seating is in booths or tables. They also have a small room for private parties. A man singing mostly 70's songs while playing a piano was nice. Decent selection of alcoholic beverages and food options are good too. Not a lot of parking available on the street because it's a busy street, but you can park across the street inside the square. We ordered a supreme pizza with jalapeños with a side salad. The food came out in about 30 minutes from the time we ordered. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. Just took a little longer to be served, but they are still working out the new opening bugs. We'll be back! read more

I had the Alfredo pasta with grilled chicken a few days ago. The chicken was minimal and several pieces were tough and overcooked. The menu description stated "creamy". I expected it to be made with a creamy, traditional white sauce. It was instead made with what appeared to be chicken broth, causing the noodles to have a brownish color and odd flavor unlike any Alfredo I've ever had. The bread sticks given with my meal and another person's meal were not edible. They were tough and dry. More were brought to us that were swimming in butter. They were still a bit tough. read more

We visited around 6:00 pm on a Saturday night. There were several patrons already eating. We were seated quickly and the waiter arrived in a timely matter, bringing us a carafe of ice water. There was a piano being played behind us. Nice touch, I thought. I ordered up the chicken carbonara and my wife chose the Italian club sandwich. Her beverage was the Sidecar while I opted for an unsweet iced tea. I noted the drink menu was chock full of older drinks like Tom Collins and an Old Fashioned. Somewhat fitting for the historic building, I concluded. Her Sidecar was good, but my unsweet tea didn't seem to be fresh brewed, but maybe from Golden Peak-type machine, I didn't ask. But it wasn't a great iced tea. As I looked around at the tables and recently remodeled interior, I thought back to my time as a young teenager buying a go kart when the building was a White's Home and Auto. Seems like a lifetime ago. It was, I realized. Our food arrived after a little delay. I believe the kitchen was busy knocking out call-in orders as we saw pizza boxes by the dozens leaving. I wish I had taken a photo of the carbonara. It arrived with a mountain of chicken on top. If this was just one chicken breast, well, let's say, it was well fed. As I worked my way though the chicken the pasta below was coated very well with the creamy carbonara sauce. It was one of the better Italian dishes I have eaten. With that said, I offer a constructive comment to the business. I would personally rather have less chicken on the dish with maybe a small side salad and a piece of bread to complete the dish. Perhaps it is just me, but Italian food and some type of crunchy garlic bread/toast go together like peas and carrots. Like Abbott and Costello. Service was just pitiful! Seat yourself should have been the first clue! We flagged a waitress down who went to check to see who was assigned to our table, then informed us that she was our waitress. We placed our food order with our drink order and thought we were back on track. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we still had no appetizers or food. Our food finally arrived with little or no explanation from our waitress Morgan. She disappeared and we did not see her again and the manager (?) brought us boxes for the left over food. For a newly opened restaurant I think Brickhouse is doing a great job. The atmosphere is buzzing with energy and the piano in the middle of the dining room adds some nice background music. I love the massive open kitchen where you can see all the wonderful work going on. Great fresh ingredients and excellent food by the experience we had. My wife and I shared a pizza and I have to say, this is the pizza this town has been missing. Service was ok but I out that down to newly opening and the learning curve going on. It certainly wasn't going to earn them a drop in rating. I look forward to revisiting regularly and trying the other menu items.
