I can't get this in the NE. I pick up domestic trips to fuel my inner fat kid. I love whataburger. Got a patty melt add jalapeño and large onion rings. The rings were half missing but I don't care. Food was warm and prepared to order. I suspect all the bad reviews are drunk people late at night (they are 24 hrs). I'm a fan! Shout out to my brother, Frank the tank.

No one was at the counter to take my order, I had to order from a kiosk, which seemed very impersonal to me. The food was very good. I can't complain about that in the store was very sterile. It was clean, it must've been a new design. It's not the Whataburger that I grew up, knowing, but it was still delicious.

I am very disappointed in your Hermitage, TN location. I went there for the first time today. I ordered at the Drive Thru. They had both ordering stations open, but only one was operable so I had to back up and move. I ordered French fries and a cheeseburger without mustard and onions. The signage states it comes with ketchup, but the ketchup was missing from my burger. Since I ordered while sitting in my car, one would assume I might eat in my car. However, my bag did not include napkins or extra ketchup packets. No napkins??? Wrong order??? Are your staff trained at all? It is important all orders are correct, but Drive Thru especially because the customer drives away so there is no way to fix the mistake afterwards. Please do better!

Restaurant 1208 needs help. We visited this location on May 27, placed our order at 8:52 PM, and received it at 9:14 PM. The food was lukewarm. All soda options weren't carbonated, meaning they were flat, and folks dumped whatever they had chosen, hence the mound of ice. We settled for Lemonade. Usually, Whataburger will provide you with a number, and when your order is ready, they'll bring it to you. Once they hand you the order, they'll ask if you want some condiments: ketchup, spicy ketchup, etc. The server did ask us, but he has yet to return to our table. I went to the counter and retrieved them--no big deal. Finally, the employees were arguing amongst themselves. Sad.

We just got into Nashville from Los Angeles, the first thing we did was go to #whatsburger to get a Dr. Pepper Milkshake. One of my favorite meals is the Cobb salad with honey mustard sauce. I didn't know the salad it came with bacon. So, if you don't eat pork or cheese tell them up front. Our young adult son and daughter loved the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich. The double cheeseburger was also a hit with them. We did not care for the fries. The #whatacatch Fish Sandwich was a little bland. I used the spicy ketchup on the Fish and it was delicious.

Whataburger. What a disappointment. We heard about this much anticipated icon of burgerdom, but this location didn't measure up to those reviews we've heard from those in Texas. Yes, this location is shiny and new. The burger, fry, and shake combo was okay. As was the chicken. The spicy ketchup a nice touch. Just not the spiritual out of body experience I've heard about from the elders. I've had one or two burgers from Whataburger in the homeland (Texas), and never understood what was so special. Maybe nostalgia. Maybe they are better at 2 am after a few drinks. All and all it was a decent experience. Drive through was efficient. The wrong order quickly corrected. The meal itself filling. The typical 'not bad, not great.' Everyone has their favorite burger joint. Whataburger is that place for many. Just not us. But it does rank in the upper half.

I gotta say, a lot of the low rated reviews and I mean A LOT of them are from when they first opened and when the drive thru lines were bananas. It's much more settled down now. The lines are much shorter, faster, and a pro tip there is zero wait time in the morning! We ordered a bunch food from the lot breakfast menu and I gotta say I it was actually very good for fast food place. The taquitos are more like rolled breakfast tacos and a big portion! We got two taquitos with cheese and one with bacon. The bacon loaded taquitos are they was to go. The house fave was the chicken honey biscuit! Crispy chicken with was tasted like a grandma homemade biscuit. This is a must order! Look I know this is a chain, but it's tough to base your entire perception of a restaurant, especially a fast food restaurant, during their first two months of being open post pandemic. I highly suggest those people come back and give this location another try. Remember, no wait time in the morning!

What? Oh. A burger. And thats exactly how I feel. Just nothing special about this classic melt or the soggy fries. I tasted 2 things: grease and onions. Wait time: could be better. I ordered at 7:11pm (not the gas station) and food came out 7:30pm. I also ordered honey BBQ AND spicy ketchup. I only received the BBQ. There was also I slight confusion because my receipt was #16 and this rude couple infront of me was also #16...soooo ya. Specials: get the spicy ketchup while its hot (every pun intended) its only around for a limited time. All in all...inall... Its a one in done for me.

So all of my employees from Texas rant and rave about Whataburger. So I did some research and found out that I didn't need to fly to TX to try it. We were in Louisville celebrating my mom's bday, so I figured since it was only a couple of hours away we could hit up Hermitage, TN (just outside of Nashville) and get some Whataburger. My eyes lit up when I saw that white and orange sign. It was only right that I had on my orange and white Tim Couch jersey. When we got in we were able to order fairly quickly. The manager let everyone know they were severely understaffed so it would be about a 20-minute wait for orders. That was completely fine with me, I grabbed my number and my drink and waited patiently. The food came out in about 10 minutes. I ordered the Southern Bacon Burger meal and a patty melt because I heard they are the BOMB! The Southern Bacon Burger wasn't bad. It was massive and well seasoned. The fries were just meh, nothing special. The patty melt was also just okay, nothing really jumped out at me. I split the patty melt with my mom and she really enjoyed it. Now I can say that I have pretty much conquered every well-known burger chain! Customer Service 1-5=4. Southern Bacon Burger 1-5=3.5. Patty Melt 1-5=2.5. Fries 1-5=2.

We weighed our options and ended up visiting Nadeen's Hermitage Haven based off of the positive reviews as well as wanting to visit somewhere local. Nadeen's is charming inside and out. The parking lot is small but there were plenty of spots open on a mid-week morning. We were greeted warmly and sat at a booth. Nadeen's feels familiar and comfortable. Our waiter was fantastic the entire time, he was gracious and hardworking. My husband ordered the Southwest Scramble and I had the Farmer's Skillet. Both were delicious but we both agreed that mine was the better of the two. The biscuit was baked perfectly and was so fluffy. The gravy and potatoes were delicious, too. Our coffee cups were never empty, either. Not to mention, the coffee here is really good! We will definitely be back!

I will say the drinks were strong. I accidentally ordered a margarita instead of a Bloody Mary so my wife drank that. I tried it and it was strong. I ended up getting the single bloody instead of double and glad that was the case. The food was good. I had the Diner Breakfast with cheese scrambled eggs and country ham. It was a big meal, so much I couldn't finish everything. My wife had the southwest scramble which was something right up her alley.

The store was well kept and clean. The drink station was also clean and well stocked. Given its location at this wild intersection, you are best to enter/exit via the Hobby Lobby shopping plaza. Fries are mostly fresh (the usual fast-food hustle of using old grease vs. new grease standards) and seasoned well. Chicken fingers are a bit small, but again, it's fast food. Seasoned well, especially if you get the Nashville Hot Or lemon pepper dry rub (have to upgrade to a 4-piece, but mostly worth it). Sourdough bread is good. Peach sweet tea is sooo good. Only reason for four stars (and I know it's corporate Zaxbys, not this location), but a $4 upgrade going from 3 chicken fingers to 4 is steep- the one time I did get it, I had about 6 fingers, maybe by accident? They have also really step it up with the games and playing area for kids to just run around and enjoy their time while parents and adults can also enjoy their time. The food has gotten better but I'm still not impressed so I still think they're overpriced. Service: they did "try" to work it out but very poorly. My sister made a reservation for 13 people but somehow they only had one our reservation, quote "10 or 11 people" so they were not prepared either way. We only had 1 extra person showed up. They gave us one (1) picnic table for our party. Even if it was "10 or 11" of us we would have not fit in one of the picnic tables even adding the two chairs at the end, and we didn't. It's better to say they made a mistake than to blame the patrons. There were 2 open tables that could have been used but our server wasn't assigned them... the must dumb excuse on the book. I've worked in restaurants and we always made it work for the customer and the serve, mind you, they were right next to each other. Communication between managers, servers and host/hostess could have been better. Also, I don't like they make you share tables with people you don't know. I love meeting people but this isn't Monell's y'all. Get different kind of seating if you are not going to be open seating in that area. It makes it less awkward to our wallets when we are all chilling and ask, "can we seat here" knowing that you have to say "yes, sure" unless you have your people coming to save you. Overall all, having overwhelmed staff for a planned holiday that happens every years is just unpreparedness of the establishment and a sour taste to the customer. Please do come and try it for yourself.
