I have been here about 5 times and have Never not had some issue. I will never comprehend how an establishment can consistently make mistakes, verify the order, check the order. It didn't matter matter how simple the order is either! They seemingly are trying to see how bad a business can do and still remain in business. I've order a number 1... no changes, no ad ons... didn't check my order, got home and had two meals in a bag (which would explain why they gave me a plastic bag not a paper), neither were my order, so obviously they messed up someone else's order as well. So disgusted with this location it will be my very last visit. Over the last several months, each visit I've experienced with this location has been terrible. No matter what I order the food is always cold and just not good. This morning I ordered a taquito. It comes with egg, cheese and your choice of meat, side of hash browns and a drink. I asked for egg/ cheese only. The young "boy" repeated the order. I also ordered a sausage cheese biscuit (no egg)for my husband and he repeated the request correctly. After sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes we get to the drive through window and the kid asked, "what did you want on the biscuit?" He mumbled the words as if he were half awake, high, drunk or maybe all the above. He was clearly very confused. The food: The hash browns were not cooked. They they were limp and cold like they pulled them out of the freezer and put them in a microwave for a minute. They were gross. My taquito turned out to be a sausage ONLY on a cold tortilla. I don't give reviews on fast food often. But this place which is down the street from my house has won me over. The people who work here are always great. They clean all the time and the food comes out fresh. They have a lady who has worked there for 10 years and is always pleasant. She is a hard worker. I think her name is Kiersten. This is my favorite Whataburger in the northern DFW area. The restaurant is usually very clean and the crowds are acceptable around meal times. The staff is friendly and service is quick. The food here for some reason tastes a bit better than the other Whataburgers around. The meat seems more seasoned and just has more flavor to it than other Whataburger restaurants. We ordered the Biscuit & sausage Gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. They literally gave us a fried egg in between 2 slices of biscuit, along with a cup of straight gravy, no sausage. Not sure if the gravy was supposed to include bits of sausage, or if it was intended to just taste like sausage gravy? On a positive note, we made do by shredding the egg, and it wasn't too terrible in a pinch. Would be nice if they included napkins & the silverware people usually use to eat their biscuits & gravy with. There was only 1 other car in the drive through. DONT EAT HERE!!! Worst experience with the managers. Before leaving with our order we asked if everything was in our bags. We arrived home and notice that a bob sandwich was missing. We called and spoke with Nicole and she said she would fix it with a refund and replace the sandwich. Went back to the store Nicole never came out and they gave me the sandwich with no refund. Grabbed the sandwich ran back home to try to finish eating breakfast with the family. Once home I noticed that a big chunk of the meat is missing as if someone bit it. I timed it because I had to be somewhere else and just looked at my watch. There were only 5 cars in line at 2:40 on a Saturday afternoon. I finally went inside and counted no less than 3 managers and 10-12 teens "working" and nobody in line and 6 people in the dining room.
