This whole location needs to be reevaluated! We've never had a good experience at this location. Whether it's employees or the food. This time, the food wasn't ready for pick up even though it said it was, and there were six orders ahead of us that weren't completed either. As we waited, tried to use the restroom and the toilet was nasty and clogged. Received our food - half put together order with small portions. There was also hair in our sour cream. read more

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive through mobile pick up window. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:20 and I arrived at 5:15 and was told to pull forward as it wasn't 5:20. I got back in line at 5:20 and waited another 15 minutes behind multiple cars that just sat, waiting there. My boyfriend was driving, so I got out and went inside the store to get my order. They really shouldn't have a mobile pick up drive through and make some people pull forward when their order isn't ready and then not have others pull forward. The food is now cold because it was just sitting there for a while. The person at the drive through was also quite rude, and didn't say anything to us when he opened the window, just stared at us until we told him we had an order and what the name was. I have to say it was the worst experience ever. When we got there it was busy not no one was eating there. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY. My wife placed her order and wanted the new Chicken Pastor. When we looked down there was no more. The whole point was to get that. But when the manage ( Indian gentlemen ) said theirs no more cause they didn't have any cooked yet. She would have to pick a different meat. Very disappointing to be honest. Not once did he say we can cook some and maybe call you when its ready. Just straight up said nope pick something else. When I got to the register to pay. I asked the same gentlemen ( Indian guy that was in charge ) Is it possible for his crew to clean some tables. There is literally no where to sit, because all the tables are dirty. His response was if Americans knew how to eat and clean up after themselves they would not be dirty. I said excuse me. He then said in India we don't have this issue. I was very bothered by this comment. I cleaned the table myself and ate my food. They restroom also would not flush. But while I was ordering my food, the girl serving me was absolutely refusing to give me reasonable portion sizes of anything that I asked for on my bowl- she had no issue doubling down on rice. But everything else felt like such a strain, I had to ask for more of everything and finally just gave up when it got to salsa's and cheese. This place has messed up from one worker and yes, I was there tonight. I have never seen a worker touch my food when I ask for double pico (mild). I ask for double pico and because the bowl is somewhat almost full, he touches my food and tries to pat it down (Yes, PAT IT DOWN WITH HIS OWN HANDS) to make more room. Yes he has gloves but still! He's gon feel my wrath when I am there again. Also, no bro.. you ain't getting away by saying "yes maam yes maam" constantly. FOCUS! My goodness! When the bowl is getting full, are you going to pat the bowl down with the mild salsa (pico) serving spoon or with your gloved hands? Why doesn't he just mix up my bowl with his gloved hands while he is at it? I'll bring the Tabasco ! lmao! I know they touch the lettuce and tortilla but they shouldn't touch anything else. Have better food!!! Guac looked day old- thought it was made fresh daily?? I asked if there was another batch and the one from the walk-in looked worse than the counter one. Looks dingy and ugh. I was there about 1140. The rice is a giant hard clump. There was no chicken to be found in the restaurant so I had to get steak. That was fatty and hard to chew and gross. Very disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes to be told the chicken was almost done, only to wait another 10 minutes while it was used up for online orders. I ended up leaving without my food. What made it worse was that the chef knew I had been waiting and still prioritized the online orders. Terrible service. I ordered a meal through doordash. My order was wrong when delivered and it had items that my girl is allergic to. I tried calling the store first but they made it very complicated to get a hold of someone because of their answering machine and I never did get a hold of someone. So I said no biggie, I'll drive down the street to get it fixed. I was told I had to go through doordash to have my meal replaced even though they were the ones that made my meal wrong in the first place, and two, I drove down to have something fixed quick an easy, so I just ended up buying another plate. I'm saddened that I still have to drive to the Denton or Lewisville location instead of this one because this one can't get orders correct. The staff is nice, but they can't seem to understand basic requests. I am one of the many people who cannot eat cilantro. I order rice without cilantro. Most locations simply give me a scoop of rice that hasn't been mixed with cilantro yet. If I place a to-go order by phone or online at this location and indicate plain white rice, this location doesn't give me rice at all. I am currently writing this review after ordering through the mobile app 30 minutes in advance and am waiting in the pick up line. As of this moment, I have been waiting in the pick up line for 20 min! So, now, from the time I placed the order till I get my food will probably mark an hour. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location, the first time I chalked it up to them being busy, but this is ridiculous.
