Two big issues. First, the pricing on the menu board at the drive thru is not what customers are charged. The signage shows the bowl price of $6.20. With tax, the cost should have been $6.71. This has been a routine purchase in the past. Issue #2, the my change should have been $1.88, but I was only give $1.53. In all, I paid $8.57 for a $6.71 order. one of the worst panda expresses around, any day i go from 11am- 1pm there's nothing cooked and ready to go and the few things that are cooked look old or overcooked it's hard to tell. It's a chain, yes, but I still had hopes for this newest location super close to my house. I have a weakness for Asian food so I was looking forward to trying it. I tried it twice and most likely will not go back. I was excited to have options for vegetarian dishes and thought the corporate chain would be consistent and deliver. My first visit, no tofu options. No vegetarian options except the sides. At least there is an option for brown rice and steamed veggies in some kind of light sauce. I ended up getting black pepper chicken. There is a lot of sauce so if you like your food covered up in all that, then there you go. I even took the time to fill out the survey to get a "free" entree so I could try something else. My second visit, no tofu options. BUT there was a new dish called Imperial Chicken. Good amount of veggies and a few whole red pepper pods to give it some heat. The size of the free entree was about the size of a tiny Hello Kitty takeout box that's normally filled with candy. I ate that - and opted to eat my hubby's ghost pepper wings from Popeyes. I ended up taking my entree to work the next day and giving it away. Ugh. Again with the terrible service. Called ahead (10 minutes before arriving), and when I arrived, my order was still scribbled on a piece of paper near the register, not entered or prepared. I then had to re-order, as the cashier couldnt read the paper, then wait on her to produce part of the order, before telling me I have to wait more because they had to cook the parts they were out of... which also wouldnt have been a problem if they rang up the order when I placed it... As crazy as it may seem I have never tried Panda Express before yesterday. Chances are I will probably not try it again. Everything about this place tasted processed. The Orange Chicken had a Tangy taste that was like that of an Aluminum can. Noodles were dry and hard and I saw her just place them there. Fried Rice was just as dry. I'm all about giving second chances but from what I saw and what I actually didn't eat I can't see hgoing back to such a place that is so popular all over the country. Almost all ways messing up our orders, poor customer service. They need to hire more people, or they just have terrible management at this location. Restaurants like these just makes me want to make my own carry out meal from home. Placed an order via the Panda Express app on Sunday, May 3, 2020. The order was ready on time for pick up. However, when I got the order home, I did not receive everything that was ordered and what was received did not meet the normal Panda Express standard. As you can see by the first receipt, Kung Pao chicken was ordered, but received Orange chicken. On the other receipt you can see where chopsticks were requested but not received. Absolutely horrible service, not just once but every time we go. Most recent experience was today. First I had to repeat my order several times because the person I was speaking to, was obviously not paying attention. Then they asked me to wait in the parking lot because they ran out of an item. After 15 mins, I had to physically go in to check on my order. They were getting it ready and handed the bag to me but left one of my entrees on the counter. I tried to call back about 7 times and never received an answer, which is honestly ridiculous like why include a phone number if you're never going to answer the phone. At one point it seemed as though the phone was disconnected or turned off to avoid calls going through, which is completely unacceptable. Two visits to this Panda Express. I was excited that there was one close by, however, the first time, I place an online order. When I arrived, the order had not even been pulled off the computer. I had to wait for them to pull it and fill it. Red flag. Yesterday, I tried it again. As I place my order I was told they were out of rice! No white rice to make fried rice. Hmm. This location still does not have it down several months after opening. They were out of both Orange Chicken and Teriyaki chicken on our visit and it took 10 minutes for us to get orange chicken. Peiwei orange chicken really is better. PE orange chicken was so over cooked there was no chicken in the inside. Been to this location a few times now and have been disappointed. My bad experience was when I ordered cream cheese rangoons along with my meal and was told it would be a few minutes before they were ready. That was no problem but after I had already paid I was told they didn't actually have any rangoons (did they just not want to make them?) My most recent visit they were also out of rangoons 4 hours before closing so maybe they just don't know how to order inventory. read more

Ordered food in drive thru and paid at 7:34pm finally at 7:50pm I went in to check since they had me park in the parking lot. Waiting another 5 minutes inside the restaurant to be acknowledged. Told them I had been waiting then I only waited another 4 minutes to get my food. Lady who took my order Charlyn apologized and offered me free rolls for my wait. When manager came along ( Asian guy in black shirt) Paul / Peter he let me know I couldn't get egg rolls those weren't apart of the free item I was allowed to get. Horrible management! They have messed up the only 2 online orders I have ever placed! First one i placed, my son went to pick up and he was told he would have to go inside because they won't make online orders until they're there-it was paid for! So he had to wait and yet they couldn't get order right and we were shorted part of our order. Called them and they told us we would get it again for free. Second time I tried placing an online order, they screwed it up yet again and we had to call back in. This time the manager Damien took it upon himself to tell me the whole order would be replaced. So, tonight we come to get our replacement meal and the same Mgr Damien takes it upon himself to raise his voice and start arguing with us in front of other customers about their screw up, stating "it's on camera" ok good! We didn't ask for a replacement of the whole ticket, just what we had paid for and not gotten-yet he made it out like we had nothing better to do than go around and trying to screw Panda out of a $4 entree. Ridiculous. Best part, after reviewing the whole footage, THEY DID SCREW UP AND SHORT OUR MEAL!! Who's the idiot now??? We will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices. This kind of piss poor customer service and treatment when it clearly was not our mess up will not be tolerated. We will not be spending another dime with this facility ever again. Well I'll call this a one and done place. The cook walked over and took the fried rice container back to fill it and did not dump out the old rice and added the fresh rice to the old and mixed it together. The food looked as if it was left over from lunch and it is 6:00. They were not prepared for the dinner crowd and started cooking after they were backed up with orders. Many of the selections were very low. Servers were waiting for fresh food. Typically Panda is a great place to eat. This one needs some attention. read more

As good as the food tastes the service is PATHETIC. The only way I've ever gotten my special requests granted if I stand over them by going in side. I ask the chicken to be cubed not stripped. How hard is it, I guess it is virtually impossible be cause they won't do it unless babysat to do so. Management, what's that? Go in you can't tell who the manager is. Bad enough for me to write a review. I've been there a few times and unimpressed but this last time was pretty unbelievable. I ordered a dish that would take '5-6' minutes to prepare so I decided to call after 17 minutes of waiting outside in the lot. They had no clue I was even there. Then they were fairly indignant about it and never once apologized. They just said, ma'am we have other customers too. So after waiting 32 minutes total wait, I get home to find the wrong order. This is my second visit to this location and definitely last. The first time I ordered broccoli beef and was told they had run out of the beef and waited 10 minutes for the next batch to be done and I did without any complaint. But what really upset me was when I get my food brought to my car and get home just to see there literally one half piece of beef in there and on top of that it's not even filled in the Panda bowl I ordered. My second trip was today and I ordered the exact same thing just to see that again the bowl is nowhere near full and barely any chow mein (there's only two entrees in the panda bowl).
