The line was long, but they are literally making plates to order and really fast. Impressively fast. The brisket was a little over cooked, but the chopped brisket, ribs , sausage, potato , potato salad and green beans all were fire. Hence the review still getting 5 stars. The ribs were tender. Fell off the bone. Even at the moment I don't know why that potato was so big, but who am I to question such delicious foods. A note for me mainly and anyone else who enjoys sauce get the sauce on the food and some on the side. Or make sure you get extra on the side. In comparison to my meat portion I needed way more sauce.
