Chile...this whataburger is consistently slow....it was 5:30 am when I arrived to the drive thru. At that time there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Two out of the 3 cars had already ordered. From the time I had placed my order 10 whole mins had passed and the same 3 cars were still the hell in front of me....3 more mins pass by and the 1st car that had been at the window when I initially arrived at the restaurant finally leaves. Five more mins pass by and it's 5:45 with now 4 cars behind me and no sign of the 2 cars in front of me getting their food before 6 am so I leave....I don't know what the hell goes on inside this particular whataburger but they are too slow to call themselves a fast food restaurant...how the hell am I in line 15 mins at 5 am and still haven't paid or received my food...nope, I won't be back... read more

We had a huge order at 11:30 pm, and the service was quick, perfect, and they were very patient with us. This was one of the best experiences with any Whataburger location, even though our order was huge. read more

Worst whataburger I've been to by far. Service took forever. Ordered 2 identical kids meals and one of them was completely wrong. Had to split the other kids meal and toss the messed up one. We didn't get our onion rings. My burger had Mayo when it wasn't supposed to. Thanks!! read more

Ok the food was good and the service was good. This must be the oldest WhatABurgerin Texas. Nothing about this place. It's gloomy and not upscale at all. But, I liked everything else. If this place remodels and gets a new look and keep the service and employee working great I will have to redo my review. read more

Almost had five stars. The BOB was really good and fresh. I hate fast food coffee but this one is tolerable. The restaurant is clean, however, I have not been in the restrooms. The missing star. I walked in and no one was at the counter, meanwhile the drive thru worker just stared at me. She was talking to the cook about an order. I stood there 3 or 4 minutes waiting on service when the drive thru worker finally spoke up and told me that she would have to take my order at the drive thru. Shouldn't she have said this when I walked in? I have watched others walk in and go through the same scenario. When the morning crew showed up, there was a small tiff taking place. Bad morning? Just stopped for breakfast after driving from Lufkin Texas.......food was fresh. But little bit too toasted bread for my taste. However women at the register was great.the restroom needs a new toilet seat,it's small but clean. Thank you. But the reason we stopped here instead of dennys was the cinnamon rolls.....but this location was out.....so disappointed in that. It was the reason I stopped here spent aprox 15.00. Came in the other day for lunch. A girl Carolyn was yelling at another lady telling her she better go do her job or go home. Lobby was a mess. Got my food and left. When I got to work I went to unwrap my burger and there was a FUCKIN LONG BLACK HAIR ON IT!!!!!WTF....i called back right away and took 20 mins to get an answer on the phone. I asked to her in touch with the GM and the Spanish lady that said she was (sounded like she said her name was Suzie or Susan) could barely speak English, said the only thing she could do was remake the burger. It's 530pm and this place is packed, ordered 2 large French fries at the top if the box the French fries were hot and old on the bottom half and all were cooked in very old grease. Come on! This is ridiculous. You've got 50 people working in the back and 1 cashier, how many people are working? Well no one who knows what old French fries look like. read more

Disappointing is the best word. It wasn't horrible, but the reviews and what I've heard online really made this chain sound like it shouldn't be missed. I'd have been fine missing it. Like I said, it wasn't horrible, but the Bacon Cheese Whataburger and the onion rings were unremarkable. At least I can check this off my list of fast good joints I needed to try. read more

They alway take forever to get orders out ! They had me waiting 10-15 minutes for 2 biscuits. Very bad service

I went through the drive through and ordered two jalapeño cheddar breakfast sandwiches. They came out with the bag soaked with yolk. The eggs were raw and running everywhere. I went back through the drive through and they apologized and offered to remake them. I said I would appreciate it and received my order. Apparently not learning my lesson, I drove home without checking the food. After arriving home I un-wrapped my sandwiches to find little black pieces of rubber!!! Like a spatula or something got burned off in it. I am completely disgusted by this place and will not return. read more

This place is ridiculous. They got my order along with 3 other drive thru customers orders wrong the night I visited. And the crazy thing was that they had our orders right on the receipt, they just failed at making sure they put everything we ordered in our bags. The managers were expressing to the workers how important it was they pay attention to the bags and the orders. Most of the staff seem to be listening to the manager and keeping a professional & friendly attitude. But the lady at the drive they window who was actually giving out the bags seemed to be very irritated by the fact that the manager called her out on 2 more of the orders that was wrong for other customers that were still in the drive thru waiting on their orders. She made the comment " 4 o clock can't get here soon enough" with an attitude in front of all the customers who were in the lobby waiting on their orders to be corrected. I found this to be very unprofessional especially since she was still at the pick window in the drive thru and we were way in the lobby and could still here her. The manager corrected our orders and instructed the staff to make sure we all got fresh fries. When I got in the car my fries were cold..... not my favorite location. read more

This place is terrible and slow. The only reason I gave them an extra star is because their host, Tye, was pretty cool and hot.

When the chicken strips first came out with that cream gravy, I really like it, but I haven't eaten them for a very long time. Last night I wanted something less than a burger so I ordered the chicken strip meal at the drive thru. I got home and opened the box and said What the H*&& happened to the chicken strips. There were these 3 small rectangular pieces of chicken, and were overcooked. I think I will pass on future purchases of chicken strips. read more
