A standard Whataburger. Got my order correct and service was fast. Staff was friendly but inside was not really clean. The bench in my booth was sticky and the floor was sort of clean? They were not really busy as it was 2 pm when I stopped in. I would give them a second chance and eat here again.

This location is near monument hill state park. Drive thru and dine in. I recommend the Whataburger jr with grilled jalapeños for starters who have never had Whataburger before. Order ahead in the app for quicker service. Very clean and organized condiment/ drink station.

I gave two stars because I LOVE whataburger and my favorite thing is the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich. Its amazing. But its only good when the chicken is fresh. So I always ask to have it fresh on there so its good. But no. This place almost NEVER listens to me. If a customer asks you to make it fresh and you say okay then you should make it fresh. My last 7 sandwiches that I have gotten have been dry and crunchy and so nasty I couldn't even eat it. And the last two times I went they charged me for large fries when I specifically told them no. And they also charged me for two lemon pies which I also did not ask for. I don't even like those so that was money wasted when I said no. Moral of the story. If I ask for fresh food that won't break my teeth and been sitting in the warmer all day, give me fresh food. read more

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received at any place. No one can smile, no one can do their job. It took the employees 45 minutes to do a TO-GO order of 3 hamburgers. The very few patrons in the restaurant were having the same issue with their order. When someone asked where napkins were the manager replied "Over there dummy, don't you have legs?!" Yet, they were all the ones in need of exercise. Since this is an exit off the interstate everyone is in a hurry to be fed. However, they continued to flood orders out the drive-thru and not feed anyone inside. One couple said they had been waiting for an hour. When we asked for our money back the manager refused. This whataburger should be closed if this is how it is run. This restaurant needs a revolutionary change from top chain of command to the very bottom. read more

This is by far the worst Whataburger ever. First we waited 30 minutes in drive thru line then when we got up to the window the lady was rude and rushed us away. And when I got home all of our food was cold and stale. Thanks a lot. read more

Don't be disgruntled by the poor reviews below. This is worth a drive-thru when you're hankering a Whataburger fix on your way to Houston. Service is slow but they served me fresh, hot chicken tenders to my liking. My friend's fries weren't his favorite, but he was satisfied overall. Meets expectations. read more

The band and I rolled through the drive thru at 1:45am after a show nearby. The lady at the drive thru had an awful attitude with us; all we did was ask for separate checks. Blatant "WTF?!" mentality from her - who, by the way = appeared to be the manager. Zero attitude from us. If you don't want to process separate checks through the drive thru, you should consider leaving your dining room open 24 hours so that we could have ordered separately. read more

Two burger and two orders of onion rings and $18 later..... We didn't request half pound burgers or large onion rings, but that is what we received and for some strange reason, we were also charged $.55 for LG Cheese. BTW we didn't request cheese. All I can can say is watch your language when you order, or you MAY BE SUPERSIZED! I gave this location 2 stars as I felt that they take advantage of customers utilizing the drive through and pad their orders. Next time I will drive out of my way and visit McDonalds. read more

They made us wait 30 minutes or more for "chicken tenders" and then didn't even give them to us when they gave us the bag of food. Total ripoff. I called upper management and the least they could do if review it with corporate to give us a refund: we haven't been given the refund yet so I can't say anything positive. If you want to be ripped off, go here. This Whataburger was the worst one I have ever been to, which sucks because I am a native Texan and hate to leave reviews like this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

Wow! This place is great. I love whataburger to begin with, so I may be slightly biased. But the service was so quick and the drive-thru lady was the friendliest smiliest sweetest lady ever. This is the shittiest whataburger I've ever been too. I was already having a bad day and the manager Susan behind the counter gave me the worst service. No smile and a terrible attitude. The food took forever to get out. The one in schulenburg, Tx is 100 times better than this shit hole. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!!!!! read more

Good restaurant Horrible workers they should go through and Fire everybody working in the morning on July 10,2016. Our cashier Rhonda R is the worst cashier I've ever had. It's my first time coming here in a while and to make me feel welcome she rolls ever eyes and fucks up mine and three other groups in the lobby. Then tried to charge my father for bacon when she was the one that fucked the order up are you kidding me. Food was cold and made me upset to my stomach. Might have just been shitty workers that day but wouldn't recommend ever coming here! read more

I give this location 3 stars because the ladies behind the counter were unprofessional and rude so I would give them zero stars. BUT the associate, Alan, was wonderful. I would give him 5 stars. Very friendly, hard worker - I would hire him any day. He is under appreciated and the ladies need to realize what a great employee he is. read more

This WB is in my hometown and I wish I could recommend it but I cannot. I grew up eating Whataburgers and it was always a treat for the whole family to visit the closest one which was over 30 miles away. I still remember ordering my burger and watching the patty being fried on the grill and the bun being warned on that same grill. How wonderful it was. Now I go to our local restaurant only to get a cold patty served on a cold bun. I do miss the Whataburger that built the reputation of a quality product. I am an optimist and keep hoping that this WB will one day exist again. read more

Disgusting. Went ordered via drive through and they asked me to pull up and wait for my food.. So I did. When the lady came out w my food the bad was all wrinkled and looked as if it were reused.. I noticed right away that she didn't give me my drink so I said I didn't get my drink.. She completely ignored me.. I yelled excuse me 3 times!! I decided to leave it. When I took my burger out THE COVER WAS ALL WET AND BURGER WAS COLD. EWWWW THIS PLACE IS BEYOND DISGUSTING. Sitting in their parking lot writing this .. Abt to go back in to trash it! It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, "What a burger!" The sausage was so juicy and succulent that we didn't regret having leftovers for even another meal - morning breakfast with egg - the next day. Portions were large and there was plenty of food to bring back home with us to enjoy later. Great and wonderful and attentive staff is what makes this spot even that more enjoyable.
