The family and I stopped in after spending the afternoon at SeaWorld, and from the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The cashier was so thoughtful and patient as he answered my questions, and he had a great sense of humor that genuinely made my day better. We all ordered burgers and fries, and what I loved most was that everything tasted like an old-fashioned burger stand. The burgers tasted fresh, with quality toppings, and the crispy crinkle-cut fries were exactly what I was hoping for. Sometimes a simple cheeseburger and fries, done really well, is hard to beat. It wasn't just delicious--it felt like someone had made it because they wanted it to be good. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area.

The manager is at the window her name is Sophia she ask for my receipt I give it to her she counts the drawer down. I get it but she could've asked them to make our food fresh since it sat there while she counted the drawer so it's getting cold due to an error. So she finished counting the drawer apologized, gave us the food and a complimentary cheesecake jar for the troubles.
