Love this location! Called ahead to make sure they were open on the inside. (Kim) assured me they were. Walked in to get breakfast and I'm assuming it was her again that assisted me. She was friendly and quirky for it being so early (I'm a morning person, but try and be mindful that not everyone is eager to get the worm)... I ordered the biscuit and gravy and immediately felt a ping in my gut I shouldn't have. Quite surprisingly, it was pretty good. Smothered in lots of gravy so they def aren't stingy. I usually make a quick stop at this location because it's on my way home from work in the morning. The past THREE OR FOUR times I've made a stop they have gotten my order right and charged me accordingly BUT I NEVER come home with my full order. I'm missing sauces. I'm missing drinks. I'm missing sides. I'm missing MY APPLE PIES!!! I wanted two apple pies but I settled for the one they had warm and ready and when I got home, guess what? NO APPLE PIE. We came tonight at approximately 1:16am. There was someone at the window who was very nice. The other guy in the back literally SCREAMED when my bf tried to order one more thing at the window. Employees: Amazing cleaning lady! I came here with my elderly friend. We were promptly greeted by an older female employee that was cleaning the floors. The employees taking orders were a bit on the slow side so cannot recommend them. My friend was freezing inside and we asked if there was seating outside. The lady cleaning said yes there was one table. She said please wait while I go and clean it because it is filthy. I am so sad that I did not get her name. She cleaned the table and the bench. When I came to sit my friend had a drink, but I did not. She inquired about my drink, but I told her no worries, it is in the car, she ran and got me a drink! What customer service! While we were eating, she kept coming out to check on us to see if we needed anything. Wonderful! I will be back just because of her. Counter employee: The cleaning lady needs to teach your staff. The employee at the counter messed up our order, but that was okay. I was patient and explained to him how he got the order wrong. I asked for a water cup, but he was so confused, I never got one. Whataburger is to Texas what In n Out is to California only it's a whole lot better. They have a wide variety of choices and they don't charge for extra pickles or extra jalapeños. Every location I've been to the staff has been friendly and the place is clean, but occasionally you'll find one that needs a little TLC in the dining area and this is only a direct reflection of the pride of the manager. read more

I live about 4 minutes away and go here often. Here's my honest review. This place literally sucks lol. If it's late at night and you're hungry I guess it's okay but prepare to wait 30 minutes- an hour for your food. It doesn't matter how many cars are in front of you, it could legitimately only be 1 or 2 and they will still somehow find a way to take forever. As for employees, I see a lot of reviews seeing that they are rude. I can agree as I've had some negative experiences here with some employees but it's not horrible. The food does come out cold most of the time too. I have to reheat it every time I get home. Also make sure to always ask for ketchup, because if you don't ask then they will not give it to you. I will continue going to this Whataburger because it's close to me but I want to warn other customers before coming here. The disfunction of this Whataburger has to be some kind of upper management issue or something because I feel like I've seen many employees come through here over the past two years and that experience stays the same. The children Peking here literally enjoy their jobs because work doesn't seem to be a requirement with all of the horseplay I witnessed. Well, where to begin: went to my location 2day at whataburger. I pulled up and ordered me some breakfast. I always get the same thing "BOB" sausage and always ask for Jalapeno ranch sauce and a sausage with cheese burrito. Never get charged for the little bit they give me. I went here with a coworker at 10pm last Saturday. I didn't receive my food until 10:45 because my food sat on the counter for 20 minutes because nobody came to the window to even hand me my drinks. This is the worst Whataburger ever. We had to sit in the drive through for over 25 minutes with 6 other vehicles. They waited until they had multiple orders before giving people their food, which is why the food is then cold. The staff is obviously inexperienced in foodservice or inadequately trained. We're big fans of Whataburger, but something is up with this location. We were driving through town on our way back from a family vacation. We went inside to eat with our kids. After ordering we sat and waited patiently for 25 minutes. We went to check on our order, and they had 'lost' it. There was a lot of hand waving about computer screens by employees and the manager came out to offer to 'make it up to us'. Rather than refunding the meal, she wrote her name on a receipt and said to show that the next time we came in for a meal. When we mentioned that we were from out of town, she asked where and then quickly shuffled off without any sort of offer to make things right. My friend took me here as the fams are frequent visitors to Whataburger. I ordered the combo, which came with the burger, fries or onion rings and a drink. Service was really friendly, and they even bring out a tray with condiments to your table. (We don't have this in SD.) The burger was "wet". I'm not sure if it was moist from the grease or from the chopped lettuce from when it was washed. Needless to say, my burger was all over the place. The patty was pretty small/flat. I actually finished the burger faster than my friend! That tells a lot since I usually order kid's meals. The onion rings saved the day. I tried both the OR and FF. The OR won me over. FF were kind of limpy. The drink cup was pretty big for a standard sized drink. I was happy that they offer diet dr. pepper. MMMMM!!!! There is a CJ's (Carl's Jr.) that apparently opened next door. I'm a big fan of CJ's burger. Perhaps trying a W burger vs. a CJ's burger and see for yourself which fares over the other. read more
