Too slow to be believable. After waiting 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and for them to bring out the coffee I asked where my food was. Was told they're making it, but they did bring out the coffee pot finally. Waited another 20 minutes and had to leave for an appointment, so no food no refund, basically paid $6.50 for a cup of coffee. Absolutely horrible service. I've only been here 2 times. I'm not much on burgers as had figured maybe that's all they had served. To my surprise. There's a different vibe here...It's hard to describe. Like a spiritual unity. For example, the first time I came in. I was greeted my all the staff 8-9. Cleaned up after, smiled at by everyone and they actually not only got my order right but they gave me a free small drink. I was in a crappy mood that day. I left smiling...the difference a smile makes right? So then today I came in at 3:18 Cashier Aldair H order #190317. I couldn't afford my fries by 55cents. The cashier just totally bought them and brought them to me. Then my young son got offered a free cookie by a stranger. Not to be judgmental but by what I had observed maybe this man had been watching us and down on his luck. I would say the first time was just a good day. Went through the drive-through yesterday and the drive-through guy kept cutting us off would not let me say my whole order then when my husband said that he had cut him off they got really rude then wouldn't get our order right and after the third time ofTelling him we wanted onions on it he screamed onions back at us so we got out of line and we went in and as we are waiting patiently behind other customers one of the drive-through girls is talking about the incident loud enough for me to hear her and then we get up to the front and we talk to the manager and he acted like it was all our fault and said that we Cursed at them and we didn't and when we said that he was cutting us off he told me he didn't when I said that one of them yelled at us he said no that that was us he completely blame the whole thing off on us used to love going to this water Berger that will never be back again read more

When I ate here recently, I ordered a meal and a shake. After a short wait, I received the sandwich but did not get my fries or shake. I figured there may be some delay but after waiting for about 10 minutes I decided to ask an employee about my missing food, showing her that I never received one of the three items on my receipt, and she said she would go get it for me. Another 10 minutes pass with no update. I decided to ask another employee and he said he'd go get it for me. He brings me the shake (which was in two stacked cups because the first cup apparently had a hole in it) and told me to enjoy my meal before leaving to go take care of something else. I call after him, inquiring about the fries I still hadn't received. He then goes to get me the fries. When you order at a restaurant, you shouldn't have to ask for the same food another time, and you especially shouldn't have to ask three extra times. By the time I received my whole meal, the friend I was with had already finished eating. This was an atrocious experience. read more

Wonderful service provided by the staff and Roy Wood, the manager. I called the restaurant a little while after breakfast had stopped being served hoping they would have some leftover food my friends and I could grab. Roy answered and not only was extremely friendly and helpful but offered to make us fresh honey butter chicken biscuits! When we arrived he greeted us and served our food, fresh out of the oven.
