The only Cons to this establishment is it's a huge building and I had every intention on going inside to sit down and eat but it's not that kind of place.. You can order at the drive thru or you can park and walk up to the side window and order that way ... It's basically like a Sonic but no tables or chairs outside to sit at even though they have plenty of room. No bathroom access such as Sonic either. I was a little disappointed about this but it is what it is. A local lady who had ordered and was waiting with me said that they were going to put tables and chairs outside but the city wouldn't let them.. That didn't make sense to me because there is a Sonic directly next door which offers tables, seating and no bathroom.. ‍ Staff was friendly and offered great service, the food was good. Observed four dead roaches in pooling oil under fryers. Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Hand washing leaking from wall by back door. Worn, torn and/or soiled floors/carpeting. Floor worn out and peeling in front of reach-in coolers. Floor under fryers soiled with pooling oil. Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed eight live roaches in the following locations: Two on floor under reach-in freezers by storage hallway, four on floor in employee restroom marked 'out of order' by reach-in cooler and freezers by storage hallway, one on wall behind three-compartment sink, and one under three-compartment sink on grease trap.

The traditional Buffalo was the clear winner for us -- the Louisiana Hot had a bit too much of the 'Louisiana' seasoning for our taste. That said, both sauces were excellent: hot enough to satisfy without being painful, and packed with great flavor. Included Ranch sauce was great too. The chicken tenders themselves were nicely sized (noticeably bigger than Raising Cane's) and came with a generous portion of lightly seasoned fries. Everything was fresh and crispy. The thing that turned me off, the most was as I was sitting at the picnic tables, homeless people were coming up to use their restrooms accessible from the street (since there's no indoor seating). This of course is not the restaurant's fault and it's very unfortunate but also un appetizing. This woman was in there, practically the whole time we were seated to eat. We also noticed people would just drive up and try to use the restroom and wasn't even patronizing the restaurant. I really hate it when I have to grab a key from a gas station when I'm on the road so I wouldn't want that to be happening at a restaurant where multiple people are touching keys after wiping their ass but something has to be done about people who are not customers using the restroom.
