The cashier/order taker was friendly and helpful. Food was delivered by another very nice member of the team. It seems all the employees were very courteous, friendly, and hard working. The dining room was very clean, well organized, and quite comfortable. This place is much nicer than most fast food restaurants I'm aware of, at least when it comes to the dining room. This was my first visit. We were greeted & ordered. I noticed several (4-5) tables while walking to find a table to sit and have dinner. I ordered the Sourdough Melt. It's my first one ever. It was ok, I've been there I'm good. The concrete ice cream was really good and the onion rings were really good. You gotta try to see if you like it. read more

We stopped here, just randomly for the first time a few days ago. I don't know what I was expecting when I walked in. It reminds me just of a normal fast food restaurant. The burgers were OK . Not my top choice when it came to burgers, but they were hot and prepared correctly, so I guess that's all I can ask for. The ice cream was good too. I actually liked it more than the burger haha The fries could definitely be cooked a little bit longer , they were soggy, but still hot. They might've just been left out for a while. Just went through the drive thru ordered a double cheeseburger butter burger basket with a diet coke and additional french fry. I was charged $15.46. Get home minus one french fry and im not even sure what the drink was looked like dirty water. Called the store the man that answered asked if i could come back within 24 hrs i said i didnt know and he said, if not, nothing he could do. Said the GM would tell me the same its their policy. I said so you screw up my order and then tell me if i cant come in 24 hours you steal my money? Yes thats our policy. The absolute worst place for a high schooler to work! My little brother was employed for four days and was taken off the schedule with no explanation! He has reached out to the general manager named Taylor multiple times and has not received a reply. We talked the store on 11/13/2025 asking about his schedule and if he was terminated and the Assistant Manager Calvin has no IDEA he claims why my brother was let go. Taylor will not return any calls or even message back. Please do not let your high school students work at this establishment. Culver's customer service is one of the best. Friendly and respectful staff. However their QA staff is probably non existent. I'll explain. I bought two deluxe burgers at the mobile highway location and when I got home, there was only one. The dude that handed me my order never checked. And I never did either. So I called and had to drive back to get my replacement. I thought it was a fluke so I went to the Culver's location today off Bayou and ordered again two deluxe burgers with large fries. When I got to my car I checked and it was missing the large fries. What's going on??? Are the staffs not trained to ensure orders are accurate. I've heard pretty good things about this place and after a long day at work and no desire to cook at 8pm, I decided to set out on a little adventure to see what Culver's is all about. Their menu showed a chocolate covered strawberry custard, which I was ridiculously excited to try. The drive-thru line was 10 cars deep but it didn't take too long to get to the ordering screen. I ordered the custard first (like I said, ridiculously excited) but much to my dismay the associate (a.k.a. Dream Crusher #1) informed me that they did have it, but that they could make a vanilla concrete with strawberries and chocolate syrup, claiming that it was the same thing. It's supposedly similar to a Dairy Queen Blizzard... I also ordered the Butterburger Cheese, which is essentially just a normal cheeseburger. You can specify single, double, or triple patties and because they are made fresh, you can choose your own condiments and toppings. I went with the double with ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. I ordered the combo which comes with a drink and a side of your choice - I went with the Wisconsin Cheese Curds. First off, the burger patties are never frozen, so they actually tasted very fresh and quite good, however they forgot to add the ketchup and mustard so my burger was pretty dry aside from the melty cheese that kinda saved the burger from going straight into the trash can. The cheese curds... well, imagine a dry, bland hush puppy and rubbery mozzarella stick hybrid and voila! That's what I received tonight. I tried to eat as many as I could because I don't like to waste food but I failed, which is terrible because there were only about 10 of them. Now, the thing I was most excited for was the biggest let-down. The "concrete" they call it. Maybe they should specify that it is wet concrete because it was actually runnier that their milkshake. Not sure if they used the ice cream before it had time to set or what, but it was highly underwhelming. WARNING! Please do not do the "turn your cup upside down" trick like they tell you to at DQ, unless you want it all in your lap. I might give this place another try sometime down the road but as far as I'm concerned, this place is over-rated. Service was friendly though. So, there's that. read more

I'm from Wisconsin and I think this Culver's does it better in preparing the food vs the one back home! Very friendly staff and well kept inside all the times I've been in there. Very rarely have I had to go back in for a missing item but honestly that can happen anywhere you go. The drive thru is always efficient even when they are slammed! read more

What a disappointment. My husband and I we t for take out. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Bleh!!!!! It tasted like fish because fish was cooked in that oil before the chicken was. BIG NO NO!!! My husband's shrimp wasn't good, just okay. Also, ordered a concrete mixer which was more like a slushy. Teach your staff how and when to prepare the Concrete Mixer so that it's delivered to the customer like it's made of concrete -- thick and firm, no soupy! Ww will not be back. They charge you for every sauce you want and then just doesn't give it to you. And when you call up they just tell you they forgot and for you to come back by and pick it up. It's not even worth it at that point, but it's basically stealing my money and asking to waist more gas going to get what I should of already had.
