It took several minutes to be greeted and the hostess left us at the front, the waitress took ten minutes to come to our table. We stopped here for lunch to do salads and appetizers on our date day since we knew we were going to eat a big dinner! Colleen was our waitress and she was phenomenal. Recommended dishes to me when I ask. Never bad than I when I asked for extra ____ on the side. Made sure our drinks were always filled and that we were always comfortable. A waitress can literally make or break a meal, in my opinion. To say she made it great would be an understatement. Food was delivered hot. Salad bar was clean and fresh. I ordered potato skins, that is what I subtracted a star for because they were not very tasty. Yes they were hot, but they had no flavor in the way of it tasted like cardboard. My husband ordered the fried mushrooms and they were so good. Crispy yet light and airy. We also ordered a spinach dip and I always love it. I don't like how seasoned the chips are. Tonight I ordered food to go from Ruby Tuesday on Navy Blvd in Pensacola Florida. I will never order food from this restaurant again,, online or at the restaurant. On more than one occasion, when I got back home with my order I've found missing food items. This happened again tonight. Half of the order was missing (an entire entree). My side order of broccoli was missing and instead, I was given an order of chocolate cake. The missing order was for a relative who had worked all day and very hungry. As I said, this has happened on more than one occasion. We either have to go back to the restaurant with the receipt to get our food, or prepare food at home (or order from somewhere else and pay for food again). In my opinion, the food has declined in quality and quanity. Certain entrees and sides I have ordered that are supposed to be adult entrees and sides are quantities you would receive for a child. It's just not worth the money or the time I have invested to get the correct order and decent portions. Never again.​ read more

I asked for a gluten free menu and the waitress (who was phenomenal) said she had been advised to tell people nothing is gluten free except the buns. Huh? Obviously, a bun is not a meal so I asked her to get a manager. She seemed worried, but she did get him. I told him that she informed me the buns are gluten free but that obviously doesn't constitute a meal and asked him to please find SOMETHING gluten free I could eat. He said he thought they could do fish, shrimp, rice, and zucchini without sauce. Fine, just feed me! He checked with the kitchen, who advised him they could do that. Did a to go order I waited 35 minutes for the man to even come out to greet me. he explained to me that he was there by himself which is perfectly fine no issue with that. Take your time I know it's a lot. My issue comes in when I got home and I ordered a loaded baked potato and they literally gave me a potato in a box. No salmon no broccoli and I was charged $24 for a baked potato. There was also hair wrapped around the baked potato black hair to be specific and my hair is blonde. Best salad bar period. I will literally come here just to eat the pumpernickel croutons. In addition to the salad bar, I tried the wing special (forgot the name), wings were tasty, wish they were bigger and the price tag was a bit of a shock once I got the check. When my mother and I ordered online, we ordered a chicken fajita and three steak tacos when we took advantage of the Cinco De Mayo deal. However, instead of that, we got two orders of three steak tacos. Despite that, the staff was nice and friendly when I came to pick up the order, so maybe they made a mistake when doing the orders because it was busy when I came there, which is why I chose to rate the restaurant 4 stars instead of 1. As for the ambience, the place was clean and well-organized along with it also having a nice aesthetic. One of the last of its species, this Ruby Tuesday satisfied my ever-growing craving for leaves. We got there right as they opened, and I held open the door for my father while saying, "Welcome to Chili's!" as we stepped inside the establishment. Few restaurants have salad bars as grand as Ruby Tuesday's. I definitely pigged out on leaves just as I wanted to. The cheese came in generous strips, and the spinach was delightfully crunchy. I was able to enjoy this delicious, personally hand-crafted salad to the harmonious voices of the waitresses expressing their detestment of their jobs. Gossip, salad, and a nice day in Florida. Servers Staff are the WORST! Was seated at the bar for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Mind you they were not busy at all. There was a waitress and a bar server and neither one said anything. Finally after 20 minutes the bar server walk up to me and said can I help you before I could say anything she turned around and walked off. My husband's arrived with fries instead if tater tots, and when pointed out he'd ordered tots not fries, the person who brought the food took his entire plate and had an attitude about it. Order delivery, I purchased the sampler and a burger. Not only were my cheese sticks empty cheeseless shells of mozzarella sticks I also didn't receive my spinach dip. Plenty of tortilla chips but no dip. As for my burger I had two rubbery raw pieces of bacon on it. Update jan 2018 Went here one my birthday and the food was delicious. I got a new menu item - 2 chicken breast with chicken and covered with cheese - shaved cheese. The chicken was extremely moist, sliced like butter. Very tasty. I got broccoli and sweet potato fries as my 2 sides. Everything was perfect. All items were hot and fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The fries were sweet and cooked to perfection. For dessert i got the apple pie like dessert. It was perfect size for one but capable of being shared. It looked just like the picture. Nice crunchy side, ice cream and covered in caramel sauce. My family enjoyed ourself. The inside of the restaurant is really clean. A lot of seating. A bar. A lot of t.v.s on different channels. A cool fish mosaic on the ceiling. Our server was really attentive. They have military discount too. My only complaint is that Ruby Tuesday no longer serves those little bread rolls you use to get before your meals. read more
