I like to eat in the Whataburger from La Feria because the food is always hot and they make it the way you want it.juices and delicious.

It was suprisingly really good and fresh and fast and I recommend it to people that are looking for a quick meal and to be full

My burger vanished. Whatburger? Definitely not one of the better locations I've been to, the stuff came out cold. There is a sentimental attachment though, so even though we had a barely lukewarm patty melt and fries, we also had the joy of knowing we were here, eating Barbi's fave fast food meal, in Barbi's hometown. Placed 2 curbside orders. They lost one of my orders. One of the employees had to write it down from my phone receipt. When all was finally brought to me, I had waited about 30 minutes. I was so disappointed in the long wait and the quality of the food received which was cold and the chicken sandwich was dry. It will be a long while before I visit this location again. I can honestly say Whataburger on 1110 W Hwy 77 goes above and beyond. Their customer service is incredible they care about how your food tastes and how your experience feels from start to finish. On top of that, the ambiance is so welcoming and comfortable, it makes every visit enjoyable. read more

I see why this is not a 5 star rating. They make 2 lanes when it is only one and when they put you in the second one they don't even get your order right and it is someone else's order that you may pay for and they don't even bring out your order out. They have to go back in and get it. It is not made for 2 lane orders. If they are going to do this they need to upgrade this restaurant. Gross food. Food used to be great, now it's a bunch of mess. Bread is super hard and cold meat. You get home and your order is wrong. Best of luck going in the morning to get fresh food. Past 4PM food is trash and bad attitudes. read more

As soon as we drove up to the drive thru window the young man yelled GAMEOVER! Not sure what that means? Been at the drive thru for 15 mins, waiting for him to answer, again. My order was made incorrectly and they gave me old dried up toast. Not the first time either.

There service is bad and once you order it takes you a hour to get your food I do not recommend jbecause tge service.

The worst wataburger experience. They couldn't get an order right even after three chances. What makes it worst is that they kept bringing the same shit back. People here can't get orders right. I usually don't eat here because I've had some not so good experiences in Houston but this location in the valley was an exception when I first walked in I was imedialty greeted and that does not happen in Houston the young girl was very nice and helpful it only took about 5mins before my food was ready and that surprised me because they were really busy and sometimes in Houston I've waited 10-15mins on the same order. Most inconsistent Whataburger in the state plus Florida. If they get your order right half the time consider yourself lucky. I thought it was just me, but spoke to friends and family and I was wrong so I had to log on and warn others. Orders made not how I ordered it or receiving other people food through the drive thru window. Called corporate a couple times but no fix. it is very hit and miss here. you either get your order correct or you end up with mustard instead of the mayo you wanted instead.
