Nice. I've heard a lot of great things about Whataburger so I was excited to try it. I'm from California so they don't have it there. I was in town visiting family for Christmas break and decided to try Whataburger out. The exterior reminds me of a Wienerschnitzel. Like a little cottage lol and then there's two drive thru lanes. We decided to do drive thru. I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich. It was delicious! It came on a buttery toast that wasn't greasy. The chicken strips were tender and the bbq sauce was awesome! I ordered the meal so I had a choice of onion rings or french fries and I opted out for Onion Rings and I ordered a vanilla shake. Omg the onion rings were crispy and crunchy and not oily at all. I've never had onion rings like that. Awesome onion rings. The vanilla shake was my favorite! I think there's only one size so it was huge. It tasted like vanilla custard frozen yogurt. I realized I should have gotten a burger if I wanted the Whataburger experience after I finished my chicken sandwich. I tried a bit of my stepdads Double Meat Whatburger and it was delicious! The consistency is comparable to In-N-Out, Ooey-Gooey Goodness but I still prefer In-N-Out. Staff is friendly and best part is that they open 24 hours!!! They also do not skimp out on the sauces. They have plenty! 3 different types of ranch (regular, jalapeño, buttermilk), honey BBQ, honey mustard, ketchup, creamy gravy, buffalo, and I think there's like a couple more. Overall, Great fast food. Definitely recommend. Everything here was fantastic! It beats McDonald's, and Wendy's and all the other fast foods. read more

Not the closest Whataburger to my life, but I go to this one most often based pretty much on the ice - crunchy, chewable ice that's very close to Sonic-like. It's also quite large, bright, clean, and newish. I dig it. I really, *really* like the honey butter chicken on a jalapeno biscuit, if I can manage to get there during breakfast-serving hours. Otherwise, at least until they bring the Chophouse Cheddar burger back (Please, Whataburger! PLEASE!!), a Monterey Melt on a wheat bun is my go-to. read more

Poor service I was waiting in line for 30 minutes I finally get the bell & the lady tells me to please wait we wait for a good 10 minutes as another car pulls up to the second bell & she takes their order . This is sorry ass service and I won't be returning . We have to wait over 45 minutes to a hour just to get to the window . I came in around 11:26 and the drive thru was extremely busy. So I came inside. Right off the back the cashier Andy was very short and slid everything across the counter with an attitude. I waited patiently for my food which took a while due to the drive thru being busy. My order was wrong after waiting so long. I asked for no Swiss cheese and of course it was there. Do NOT GO HERE. Wait times are atrocious, better to drive an extra 15 minutes to a different whataburger than wait 1+ hr at this garbage location. And the management are a bunch of morons. Stopped in for shakes, fries, & onion rings. Our shakes were brought out within minutes of ordering but after waiting for over 20 minutes we still didn't have our fries & onion rings. Just ordered lunch...the most basic meal #1 with no modifications. Watched two vehicles be served and drove up at inner drive up before anyone took order at outer drive up. Moved the the from to await order a s watched 7 cars come and go on the inner isle before anyone even took my money...I was 3rd in my row. After 24 minutes my simple order arrived with no receipt so they retrieved my crumbled up receipt. I like to come to this Whataburger specifically for the ice, very similar to Sonic. Usually during the week (even during lunch) the service is very good. Today was not super busy, in fact, walked in and we were able to go straight the register to order. It did seem a bit slower to receive order, but no bigggie since I had no place to be. Once we got our order, my daughter's meal had no fries. I didn't receive fries with my order either. Then once that was corrected, I opened up my Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger-no bun and there was no bacon! We have had similar things happen before at this location, but usually not all at one visit. I take my elderly father to this Whataburger location quite often as in the past it's consistently been clean, efficient and friendly. While the employees were friendly as usual, cleanliness was the last thing on their mind yesterday (11/26/2016). The floors and tables were for the most part messy with plastic utensils, used napkins, and half empty ketchup containers. Even behind the order counter was a mess with many items on the floor. Used the online ordering to hopefully speed up getting my order. Not only was there a very long wait due to one truck either getting something extra or was missing something from the order, but they were never asked to move so others could be served. I pulled up & was told it would be a "Another minute & a half on your fries". And would I please pull up & wait at the 3rd window! After nearly five minutes & all the cars behind me gone, I tried to back up when she appeared in the 3rd window with my food. I said I thought they forgot about me & she said "your fries are nice & hot". It felt like $20 down the drain due to the poor quality, half of which went in the trash as it was just yucky even though we were very hungry. What a disappointment! My very first visit to a whataburger. After picking up my son from school I decided to to stop by. I ordered through the drive thru. I ordered the #2, large onion rings and a whataburger jr. I have to say their onion rings are good. I like them better than sonic. The breading is perfect and not too much. The burger is actually good.. Most of the time it is alright but nothing spectuacular. several times now Ive had to take my f ood back and get a replacement order because my fries or my burger was cold. Have visited this store many times, but tonight was worth this review. We walked in, went up to counter. Employees saw us, but wouldn't come help us. An employee was cleaning the trays and had her back to us. Other employees told her we were there. She waited until all 50 something trays were wiped down. She turned, gave us a go to hell look, walked up to the cash register and just looked at us. Never even spoke to us. It's a shame these business do not train on customer service.
