We didn't know much about flowers going in and didn't have a lot of direction to give her. We gave her our color palette, a couple inspiration photos, and the general feeling of "wildflowers." Susan took that and ran with it. I could tell she was genuinely excited to have fun with our order. Later in the process, I got inspiration to include blue thistle in the design, and she immediately took that note, no issue. The end results were absolutely gorgeous. The colors were so vibrant and the variety of flowers were so pretty together. She captured "wildflower" but still made it elegant. We received so many compliments from guests about how wowed they were by the arrangements. Susan's work absolutely surpassed all expectations. We couldn't have been happier!

I had no idea. She took the card but asked them to take the flowers back. The owner called me and told me what had happened and told me he had refunded my money. I was really surprised. Very friendly lady who runs the shop, prepares all her own canned goods and breads. She has a few knick knacks as well. Charming little shop, we picked up some focaccia and honey oat bread. The focaccia we should have put in the fridge, it went moldy after 3 days and it looked good too. The honey oat loaf held out longer, but I didn't take any chances and put it in the fridge. Delicious! And not loaded with sugar! (If you aren't used to it it'll taste bland, but that's because we have breads sweetened in our supermarkets, I try to avoid it). Oh and we picked up a dozen farm-fresh eggs. She calls them 'butt nuggets!'
