She did ask a lot of questions on the first visit but you can tell she's not just there to collect a cheque ... she really cares about your needs, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I was worried about seeing a new RMT, as Jennifer was phenomenal and I didn't think anyone would be able to compare to her, but I took a chance on one of the other RMT's the office recommended - Kenneth Peddle, and I am a believer! Kenneth fixed my back and shoulders, and could read my sore muscles like an open book. I am feeling super great after my appointment and will be returning. He even gave me some stretches to do in the meantime. I would highly recommend this place - the office space is gorgeous, everyone is extremely friendly, and most importantly, the staff are all excellent medical professionals who really know their stuff.

He quoted $10,000 for a two week intensive with no fee breakdown. The brace he uses, the GOSS does not appear employed in clinical settings. It is not clear what training his staff have, and they did not display certification for these staff members on site. Equipment cleaning is not up to par and would just place paper towels on the equipment rather than disinfecting it. The traction equipment that is utilized does not have peer reviewed research supporting it. The Scroth physiotherapy that he offers makes sense, but it would likely be better to see a schroth physiotherapist directly to learn this, and you can recoup the cost from your extended health insurance. Overall, I do not trust his methods as they do not appear to be research based.

Katherine at the front desk is very nice and prompt with receipts for insurance purposes too. For 6 whole days I was taking cabs to work because walking hurt too much, I couldn't sleep and no amount of tiger balm and advil seemed to be helping. A friend suggested a massage, but I had never been for one before and was doubtful that it would really do much of anything. Regardless, I started searching around for a RMT and after reading the wonderful Yelp reviews, decided to give Gesund a shot. Despite being completely out of my element, my mind and worries were immediately put at ease upon entering the premises. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. My RMT, Yvonne, took the time to figure out where I was experiencing pain and explained what she was going to do to help me. She made me feel very comfortable and I could tell that she genuinely wanted to alleviate the pain that I was experiencing. It's remarkably evident that she loves what she does and that's she is exceptional at it. After my massage, Yvonne showed me techniques that I could do at home to continue treatment on my neck. She even sent me an e-mail recapping these techniques for my reference. By the next day my neck was almost 100% better and I couldn't be happier! Physio is a joke- swirling your arm and crawling fingers up a wall is ridiculous, maybe in 2yrs it'll be fixed. In my experience chiropractor was what worked.
