Look elsewhere. Hired them for a medium to large remodel and had to fire them after ~14 months. Timeline given was 3-5 months for completion. Gave them extra time for covid but couldn't continue with them. Poor quality, impossible to reach (unless they money) and always left job site messy. read more

AMAZING WORK! The HR Group helped get my house put back together after a burst pipe, due to the cold, flooded my house. I would say they put it back good as new but they did even better than that! Instead of engineered hardwoods we went with real hardwoods and holy smokes do they look awesome. They were able to make my baby's room look like nothing literally happened which is great considering a wall and the ceiling had to come down. The guys that come and work on your house are actual HR Group employees...not contractors or day laborers. That means they care about their work and want to make you happy. My project manager, Michelle Rowden, was so great to work with and she communicated with me and my insurance company every step of the way. If I ever need any work done to my house I will l, without a doubt, call The HR Group. They have a customer for life in me! read more

If zero stars were option I would choose it. I would never trust this group to renovate any home. I purchased a home from the HR group in July of 2017. One of the stipulations of the contract was that they repair the plumbing issues that were marked as deficient in the inspection report. There were a reported 2 leaks that the inspector discovered during his inspection of the recently renovated home. I was assured by their general contractor, that both leaks were repaired. However, the leak under the hallway bathroom was never repaired. As a result of the leaking pipe that was never actually addressed by the HR group, there are several types of mold present in my house. Now, LESS than two years later, I am looking at tens of thousands of dollars in repairs and that doesn't even include the 15,000 dollars that has to be paid to the remediation company to treat and remove the mold. This company has no business remodeling or renovating any residential or commercial properties. You are making a huge mistake if you hire them. read more

The HR group helped us with our home remodel (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs, HVAC, windows, fencing, paint job), and they were great to work with. They were very organized, process-driven, and got the job done (on time). They helped clean up some work left behind by another contractor, and did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and had a fluid administrative process, and used skilled sub-contractors to complete their work. I cannot express how thankful we are that we used them to complete our remodel. Our only regret is that we did not use them sooner (at the start of our remodel). But, we are so glad that they successfully rescued our home remodel! read more

This company is an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired them to do our bathroom remodel involving a new shower, a new floor, and marble countertops. Trust me when I say we were very picky- we were working with high end materials on this large job and we expected a high level of craftsmanship. The HR Group exceeded our expectations for a very reasonable price, and the owner, Scott, provided great customer service throughout. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a construction company and I've worked with many. They did shoddy work that they would not make right so another company had to redo their work. Plus, the 90-day rehab took more than twice that long. And worst, they promised to repay a portion of the cost, but DID NOT. Do not trust them. read more
