The coffee was absolutely flavorful. It sounds like a simple drink order, but you could really taste the love and care that went into making the drinks. The customer service was amazing too. The ladies who helped us were kind, friendly, helpful, fast, and very welcoming. The overall decor and vibe of the place was beautiful. Very elegant, clean, and thoughtfully put together. There is plenty of seating and a great variety of little bites, drinks, and selections to choose from. They also sell beer and wine. If you are in the area stop by! It's well worth it.

After moving to the area and trying their coffee more frequently, my tune has changed on them, and I can say that they are pretty good. Their seasonal drinks are usually what I gravitate toward, like their Orange Chocolate Cortado, their Mr. and Mrs. Claus they served recently, and an espresso tonic I had earlier last year that was great. Their specialty Lamba Latte is one of the best consistent things on their menu. What is their Lamba syrup? I could not tell you, but it is a moderate sweetness that does not taste exactly like a vanilla latte. It has some marshmallow flavors and some caramel flavors as well. What I like most about Lamppost is how bright and naturally well lit their space is. The large windows and doors face the east, so once the sun has risen, you get a pretty well illuminated space by the afternoon. It is great for team meetings, remote work, and anything in between. I've been to many drive thru coffee establishments and the employees are usually attentive and/or asking questions to ensure they get your order correct. This was our first time and they didn't have menus (we were not close to the screen). No problem pull the menu up on my phone and I ordered the sugar cookie chai latte and my daughter her drink. From the pictures I assumed mine would be hot and hers cold. We received both drinks cold. I was puzzled and then we explained to them we wanted hot for mine and showed the picture from the online menu. They just took the drink and remade it. Typically if a drink can be served at different temperatures that is clarified during the order taking step. We also stated we were first timers so that prob would have helped as well.
