I have been waiting to write a review for our experience with this company, but after reading recent reviews and seeing that poor business is still being conducted AND I never received a refund from the insurance company as promised for the broken items, I felt compelled to tell about our experience. We used this company in 2024 for a move from Kansas City to Seattle. I sent them the following information, requested a partial refund for the move and coverage of the costs for renting the Uhaul. They responding offering a $300 refund. Yikes. Here is (MOST) of everything we experienced. 1. **Missed Pick-Up Window**: We were scheduled for pick-up between 9 am and 1 pm on May 14th. However, the movers arrived significantly late, at 2:30 pm, without any prior communication. This delay of over an hour and a half is entirely unacceptable and caused undue inconvenience. 2. **Drastic Increase in Estimate**: Upon completion of loading, the movers unexpectedly increased our estimate from $4,456.25 to $8,048.54. This substantial discrepancy was not communicated beforehand, leaving us feeling blindsided and without the opportunity to seek alternatives. They also took 7 hours to load an 1100 square-foot home, which was an extreme inconvenience that did not allow us to clean and remove trash and other debris from our home before the new owners moved in. 3. **Excessive Packing Charges**: We were charged $548.00 for packing approximately 10 large bags, a fee that far exceeds reasonable expectations. Furthermore, this charge was not itemized in the final payment breakdown, raising concerns about transparency and fairness. 4. **Lack of Communication and Updates**: I had to call 3 different times before our pick-up date to confirm the movers would be coming. Despite assurances of daily updates, we received no communication from Wheatland for three days following pick-up. When I finally reached out for an update, I was informed that the truck would not depart until six days after pick-up, significantly delaying our delivery timeline. I understand that the contract says up to 21 days for delivery, however, on the day of loading we were told it would be 5-7 days. If your movers are going to set expectations, they should be followed. 5. **Unsatisfactory Drop-Off Arrangements**: The drop-off experience was marred by a series of complications and unmet promises. Initially, we were told our items would be delivered to our specified address, as per the contract agreement. I spoke with Tina on 5/23 to confirm this location. Alex told me that we would be required to pay for a box truck and extra moving charges of around $2,000 in order for them to deliver to our address. He then changed his mind and told us that they would not deliver regardless of the box truck, forcing us to rent a Uhual, hire help, and meet them in a parking lot to load our belongings on the rented truck. When arranging for a parking lot, Alex gave us a location 1 hour away from our drop-off location telling me that they couldn't guarantee a meet-up at any other location. After some back and forth, we compromised on a location suggested by Alex that was only 10 minutes away. This whole exchange not only contradicted our agreement but also incurred additional costs and inconvenience on our part. Upon arrival at the designated parking lot with the rented U-Haul, the movers commenced unloading our items. However, shortly thereafter, security personnel from the parking facility intervened, informing us that completing the movement of our belongings at that location was private property and we were in violation of local regulations. They threatened to halt the process and insisted we relocate. Fortunately, I was able to negotiate with them to allow us to finish the move. This incident underscores Wheatland's failure to confirm the suitability of the chosen spot for unloading our belongings, potentially exposing us to significant inconvenience and regulatory issues. 6. **Damage to Property**: Upon unpacking our belongings, we discovered multiple broken items, including priceless family heirlooms. Worst experience ever having moved across the country multiple times. I was led to believe this was a "local" company to Kansas City and their drivers are also local so I decided to use them over the national companies. From the day that we were packing up, I saw clues that this was not going to be a good process. After getting a quote from a video walk thru and pictures sent, the packing people proceed to tell me that I've reached my packing limit when they have 90% of my contents loaded on the truck and I could pay the additional fee to get the rest onboard, or unpack all or leave the rest behind. Obviously, neither of these are an option. Get everything loaded and 4 weeks later, my contents arrive with multiple boxes crushed, dining room table completely scratched up, and the list goes on and on. These "new" delivery people proceed to tell me that because of the incline in front of my new home, it will be an additional $1500 to unload! And have the nerve to ask for a tip! Get the bleep out of here, my contents are completely mangled and you want a tip! When you get back to KC, don't eat yellow snow... there's your tip! They have an elaborate phone system that bounces your calls around so never speak to the same person. Once when I have called, I get a women obviously working from home with all the kids and dogs in the background! This made a long day for the movers but they stayed positive until the very end. My wife was amazed to see that all her favorite antique furniture that she has saved from her grandparents was handled with care. Without any pressure, they wrapped each antique dresser and detached the mirror that stood on top of the dresser before moving! They made sure to wrap the mirror twice, to avoid it breaking and placed it in a large box. And her antique bed stand that probably weighs a ton was disassembled and reassembled upon arrival. They sure saved us the nerves and headache with moving the bed furniture. And all my wife's beautiful ceramic tableware was wrapped with lots of recyclable paper and organized neatly in boxes. DO NOT USE FOR A CROSS COUNTRY MOVE! I was really impressed by their "sales" person. He was friendly, informative (I thought) and reasonably prompt about returning calls. We moved across country for a one year assignment, so our load was relatively small. It was a VERY busy spring, so I wish I had had more time to research options, but in comparing with one other carrier Wheatland came out cheaper and seemingly less complicated. Where do I start???? Once the crew arrived to pack up a small load from our home and another load from our storage unit, we started to realize that expectations did not meet reality. I was told Wheatland had their own employees from start to finish and did not contract jobs to other movers. One member of the crew (2 guys) packing up didn't know who he was working for and neither of the crew delivering knew who they were working for. The first crew actually forgot to load the headboard and footboard from the Master BR. We noticed it where they had placed it in another room leaning against a wall that couldn't be seen from the hallway- an hour or 2 after they left. They came back late that evening after unhitching the trailer and strapped it to the back of the cab between the exhaust stacks. It was strange. Our relatively small delivery came in 2 different loads- 3 days apart - 9 days after our move-in date and 11 days after our move-in date. The majority of our boxes arrived crushed and/or mangled, like they had been moved many, many times. The friends helping us unpack were appalled. We had been told beforehand not to wrap our TV because they would wrap it and provide a special box for it. However, when we unpacked our TV, it had been placed unwrapped in a wardrobe box (which had been unloaded and placed upside down in our apartment) with a vacuum cleaner and various other things. Many of our small things in multiple different boxes were damaged and appliances cracked. We've moved many times, so we know how to pack and pad boxes to bear the weight of other things, and we've never had this kind of result! It's been so busy with work and getting settled, I haven't been able to spend much time figuring out how to respond to this move- It's been a stressful experience, one that I don't enjoy re-visiting. ****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR COMPANY FOR ANY REASON**** I would love to give a negative rating as they don't deserve a single star in their bait-and-switch operation. They act all professional with an estimate by the Senior Relocation Manager Matt Greene, who tells you he doesn't operate on commission and that the forecast will be accurate and not way under like other moving companies. he even says we won't be the cheapest but we will be the most accurate and on target. Matt quoted me for a move from Missouri to Florida for a particular list with the exact items we showed him on a Zoom call so he could see all the items to ensure the estimate he gives is accurate. He computes the total ($8,158.52) and tells me that we can take items off the list and it will be cheaper but we have a bulk fee due to the weight of 1 item. The original list for a pickup in 2 weeks out so we decided to sell off some items. I called Matt back before the move and he revised the quote to $5,514.87 for 863 cubic feet for the 64 specific items that we had the Zoom meeting call to view. Matt stated that our items would be delivered in 5-7 days and that the movers were their professional movers who do this every day. On Sunday the weekend before we moved we received a call regarding our move date and that they needed to move it back a day and they would be there Thursday, May 30th not Wednesday the 29th as we agreed to between 10 am - 2 pm. They arrived Thursday late to the house at around 3 pm with the tractor-trailer. One of the contractors they hired was from Mayflower and then some tweaker from Craigslist that was sketchy as hell. I met with Dustin and he did a video walk through the house with me again for the stuff we are moving and told me he would get the totals for us shortly while the contractors are wrapping our furniture in pads and taping everything they could. He sent the video to his dispatcher looking for a total price after I pointed out a few discrepancies from the original list Matt had wrong and a desk we sold. So now they have my items on the truck delayed me a day so I can't arrange for another mover and I'm getting scammed by them. We started calling Matt but he won't answer of course and never answered again since the move date and we tried multiple times. So we had to agree to something as we had 1 day to move and they packed our house and gave us a final bill of $9,300 and left our house 9.5 hours after they arrived. When I spoke to my rep Kelly at Wheat Land Van Lines, we went through the inventory list one last time, made the appropriate changes, added the full pack, then waited. She had to check with dispatch to confirm availability. Luckily they did have the availability, but I had to be flexible with the dates because of the weather. They were on time, arrived with moving blankets, took my furniture apart , blanket wrapped them, took all of my items out of closets, drawers, pantry, took pictures off of the wall and boxed all of my personal items. First of all let me start out by saying, after some getting suckered into using this company because they are so called local. I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to figure this all out so let me explain. We needed to move down to Atlanta with a very short notice. A truck rental seemed the best idea because of the costs until Wheatland called me promising they could help. The salesman came out to my house and looked everything over saying it wasn't a problem they had a truck moving down there already and saying they could do everything for just under $2000. Thats what he said.... not what they did. Two days later when they were coming to pick us up is when things started going south. First the driver calls saying that he couldn't fit the truck on our street and they would need to get a shuttle to load us up to the big truck. As the guys were working they did a good job from what I could see. My only real issue is that someone used our bathroom did't flush a #2 and we could see dirty hand prints on the shelf in the medicine cabinet like it had been rifled thru. We contracted with Wheatland van lines for our move from MO to MN. Our driver told us shortly after arriving that the cost of the move is based on the item list provided at the time of booking. We added a living room set, a bedroom set and forgot about a few items in the garage. We are happy to say we could live with paying a couple of hundred dollars more to keep the move on track and get us loaded. To my surprise they had enough space to accommodate our extra stuff, and they arrived only 1 day after the delivery time that they gave us, but withing the 5 days window. If I could give negative stars for my experience with Wheatland Van Lines I would. This started as a move halfway across the country from Kansas to California. I have never made such a move, so I decided to hire a "Professional" moving company to make it easier. The process started with a video call from Matt on April 25, 2024 to give an estimate. The estimate came back as less than minimum and the cost would be $2,411.11 but I was OK with the expense because it was a local company and I didn't want the stress of loading and unloading. We actually loaded less than what Matt quoted after the video estimate. Dustin and another mover came on May 13, 2024 took 4.5 hours to load a VERY small one bedroom college kid apartment. Matt also stated they had dedicated runs to California so the items would be in California in 3-5 days. They wrapped everything and Dustin wrote down exactly how many boxes, tubs, furniture, etc. they put on the truck and put little blue stickers on the boxes and items I was told that would be the trailer delivering the items and that gave me a sense of comfort because everything should arrive timely. On May 15 I loaded an SUV and started our drive to California to meet the moving truck and move into my daughter's first home. On May 16th, as we were leaving Las Vegas to finish our trip to California we received a call that the moving company needed a signature and down payment to START the move. The official contract came on May 16 and it was $3,563.11 over $1,100 more than the initial estimate. At this point I had no other option but to sign the contract so the move could BEGIN. . . though I was under the impression the move started on May 13. I signed the contract and gave a $1,500 deposit. From May 16 to May 30 there was little to no communication from Wheatland Van Lines. Whenever we would call or text either no one would answer, or we were told by the "end of the week". On June 2. . . 19 days after pickup most of the items arrived in California except one box. This box happens to contain proprietary information that cannot be replaced. The unloader even tried to give her a chair that wasn't hers and a Lowes box. I was told that the unloader will check off all the items to ensure nothing will get lost or delivered to wrong person. No one still cannot produce the written document of what Dustin loaded on the trailer. The load of goods looked like it had been through a small tornado and many of the boxes looked as though they had been repacked. A couple items were broken but that is the least of my worries at this point. This is the typical bait and switch way of doing business. They loaded her belongings and once they were loaded and out of sight raised the price by $1,100.00. My husband contacted the moving company to move a few items (a queen bed, bookshelve, tv stand, a futon, and 2 small side table. They had the address of both pickup and delivery and upon arriving at destination called to tell me that their 18-wheeler would not fit the community road. I had to pay an additional $200 otherwise my stuff would be left on the sidewalk. Had they told me that your move is too small because we only go with big trucks I would have gladly gone with someone else. It was just one driver also the mover who had to walk all my items 200 feet to my house from the end of the road and assemble my furniture back together again which he eventually realized he couldn't because the mover at the other end lost the parts to the bed, and also damaged the tv stand. Now I have a bed that's unusable. When I complained, his boss texted me to file a claim and to contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) I was told my furniture would be delivered on 10/24/23 between 1 and 4 pm. When it still hadn't arrived I called. They then told me it would be between 5-8pm. I had to go to work and asked them to store it till the next day which I was told would be an additional $500. So I was ready to miss work and wait for my delivery and then he called and I was told he wouldn't be able to deliver till the following day 10/25/23 after all because he was stuck on another job. Clearly your time, work, and money doesn't matter or have value to Wheatland VanLines so beware future movers. They are quick to collect your CASH only and poor on delivery and service. read more

SCAMMERS! DO NOT DO IT! I got a quote and was emailing with a sales rep. He was informative, responsive, and credible so I moved forward and accepted his 3900 quote. Moving day, the crew shows up in a large semi.  I give walk-thru and they begin loading the truck. 45 mins later, the mgr (Russian guy), wants me to start paying and sign paperwork. He lets me know that my bid of 3900 is now going to be 6800.  I have alot more stuff and I have to pay for them to pack. Tvs that were already packed from previous move, they packed again and charged me for it. Everything needs to be in a box or they charge you more.  The moving has began, whatever, let's get this done.  He'll let me know the real cost when they are complete. I pay everything but 2000 which I pay when they unload and it needs to be in cash or post office money order.  Sounds sketchy but wh upatever. They get done and head out. Two days later I get email my stuff will be dropped off tonight between 4-6pm.  645pm comes around and here iscomes the semi. He struggles to get to my house. Drives in neighbors yard and tears it up. He then tells me he speaks little English. He has no helpers tonight. We unload and finish in morning. "We" is the key word. The Russian driver, my gf, and I unload the entire truck so he doesn't have to bring it again. It's not normal for a moving company to have you unload a truck yourself. We did. We got it unloaded. I watched him spill and drop several things unloading too. He comes back in morning with two other guys and cleans up, takes blankets and tape. Has me sign I have everything and nothing is broken. I have no time to check anything but let's get these guys out of here. I sign they leave. I email matt Greene the next day asking if he knows that we had to unload the truck ourselves, that also I had a chance to unpack some things and tvs etc are broken.  I received nothing back.  We paid 7k to get broken stuff, no follow up from company, we did alot of the companies job by unloading the truck with driver ourselves. Very disappointing.  Most stuff was unloaded in garage to get it out of truck. They never touched one box from garage and took it to where it needed to go.  This company is all about ripping you off. Bump quotes by thousands. They don't take care of customers. There is so much more details of b.s. I could add but I don't want to be writing all day.  STAY AWAY! Scammers stay away! Got a bid for 7200.00 matching Mayflowers binding bid only to get slammed with a 12000.00 bill after they showed up to pick up our things. Figured I could work it out with Kelly since she was matching a reputable company and continued with the move. Now I'm in contact it the AG's office in Missouri to file a formal complaint about this companies business practices! So we got our stuff and after receiving it with damages and missing items we decided to cut our losses. I also figured out how they calculate your load size. You call them and they send you a form to fill out for example they ask you how many beds and what size. Then when they show up you have 4 beds which equals 4 pieces then when they take your beds apart your one bunk bed is now 17 pieces and not 1 like previously quoted. So just my beds went from 4 pieces to 47 pieces. Same with ANYTHING they take apart to load. So tell me Mr Miller how in the hell do you sleep at night lying to people? How can 4 beds go from 4 pieces to 47 pieces? Why do you NOT tell customers that instead of being charged per bed your charged per piece of bed. How is this fair in your eyes! You lie to people to get their business then cry when we hold your feet to the fire! You were told by FMCSA that you violated the law and were forced to deliver my load for no more then 10 percent of the quoted price. We are not paying you anymore money! We were missing a 8 foot ladder my 600 vacuum was destroyed our treager smoker was damaged and my 70 inch curved television was damaged. We are done!!! My wife and I contracted Wheatland Van Lines to conduct our move from Omaha, NE to Valdese, Everything was going pretty well with our point of contact, Matt Greene, he provided us an approximate estimate of just over $3,000. He explained everything to us. Then things immediately started to go wrong once we paid our initial deposit. On the day of our pickup, the driver showed up with a 26' rental truck. The team was there a total of 3 hours and didn't get much done. Inventory sheets were not complete and items were marked as carrier packed that were clearly packed by my wife in an effort to scam more money from us. We complained about the attempted fraud to the company with no response. Then no one showed up for the next two days. The company called us and asked if they could come in a full size 53' tractor trailer. We were told this would help the guys out. We agreed. A team showed up and began packing/loading again on the third day. We were never able to verify that the first load that was loaded into the 26' rental truck was on the 53' tractor trailer. Another inventory sheet was handed to us that appeared to be complete, but who really knows. We paid a "new estimate" of $9,000. Three times the original! Days later, our shipment shows up in Valdese at 5pm with little notice. The driver of the tractor trailer said he wasn't going to attempt getting the truck up our road. We ended up having to pay $1,400 (after negotiating and complaining) to have our property shuttled to our house. So, the driver decided he was going to unload the shuttle truck at 8:45 at night. We were unable to verify anything being unloaded because NOTHING matched inventory. I then walked down the driveway and I found beer cans outside the truck cab. Through this entire fiasco, we tried to get a supervisor to come out. Our phone calls were ignored by both Matt and Tina. So much more to the story, just not enough room. I have to give them a star because Kelly....the gal on the phone that sells the moving company does a great job...and boy do I feel like I was sold. Interestingly enough I only heard what I wanted to hear, yet there were red flags through out every conversation. For example: she strictly enforced no guns can be transported. PERIOD! Yet she went on and on no less than 7 different times instructing me step by step how I can just get USPS priority mail boxes and ship the guns. She told me to pack them so they don't rattle and then when the postal worker asks if they are firearms items just lie. She informed me the USPS won't open boxes, but truck weigh stations are monitored and those boxes can have random inspection. Why didn't that alert me to the lack of credibility this company has. Next, Kelly "included" all the declared items in the move. I was specific like 5 ft. gun hutch, armoire, 3 stools, grandfather clock. Every large item was clearly identified and accounted for. Kelly assured me the cost for moving those specific items had been completely taken into consideration and are covered in the bid.....yet my parents received a $1000 upcharge because those items needed blankets and packing material ?!?!?! Of course there is the reality that one of the movers dumped MANY dolly fulls of packed items. Unfortunately we "owner packed" many boxes and those boxes were flung around because Wheatland wasn't on the hook for anything broken them in. MANY THINGS ARRIVED BROKEN. I was told this was a completely independent moving company and that they were all employees. Yet the movers in Nebraska didn't have a truck with company name, no uniforms and no way to confirm this. I was skeptical. I was told this was a direct move truck, and that the reason they were giving us an unbelievably good quote was because they had a nearly empty truck that had to move and they would rather drive to CA full. That too is a lie because all of my parent's belonging were off loaded and reloading into a different truck...oddly again NOT a Wheatland moving truck. The Driver barely spoke English and the off loading crew in Vegas were day laborers hired in Las Vegas because I spoke with them and they live in Henderson, NV.....had never been to the midwest and flat out said they didn't work for Wheatland. Shall I mention the reality that once the contract was signed I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I received one or two text messages from the driver, but no communication or coordination from "corporate"......I use that term loosely because I believe every phone number email and web connection gets you to Kelley. There was only one other person at Wheatland that I spoke to....She was is "accounting or billing" as Kelly called it. This woman was rude and she is the person that informed me of all the additional charges....nearly $2,000 more. This woman also brought up potential charges for a carrier truck that could have been in excess of $800 if the truck was unable to come to the property directly. This was clearly talked about with Kelly, yet they tried to stick us with that fee. Of course I tried to talk to Kelly about this but she didn't answer her phone....never again. About now I should note the other HUGE RED FLAG..... They took off with the loaded truck and didn't have me sign anything. I couldn't contact them, not even Kelly and I was left for 7 days wondering where my parents belongings were. Finally received a text message from the Russian driver stating.....and I quote "if we can't get payment tonight we will offload shipment in our warehouse in Kansas City. After that, it all go on the next truck heading south will probably be additional 10-14 days for delivery" This was a demand for payment ...from the truck driver....with thousands of dollars upcharge that I could not discuss with Wheatland "corporate" or Kelly. Finally once I pay the money to prevent Wheatland from essentially dumping my parents belongings somewhere, I receive a call from Russian driver stating balance needed to be paid in cash. GIVE ME A BREAK! This company lies, extorts, is not professional in appearance, equipment, uniform, word or contract. Everything about this experience leads me to believe this company should at the very least be audited for billing. I would love to know how much they upcharge (steal) then pocket and never pay tax on. They don't have an exclusive crew, they don't communicate and they certainly don't want repeat business. I know this is a lengthy review, but if I can save even one person from this nightmare, this review has been worth my time. Hired these guys to move one of our offices in kansas city. They were honestly great. Not only was the price decent / average compared to others we received, they actually gave it a real effort. The packing was all done by them. We just packed a few boxes. But they did the bulk of the work. They also took all the desks and computers apart which saved us a ton of time. Delivery was pretty fast and around the time frame they told us give or take a day. But all in all, I am really glad we went with them. At the very least get on the phone and hear them out. Wheatland Vans Review Our experience with Wheatland Vans was horrible and unethical. We were quoted $3,265 for 765 cubic feet which beat the competition and was part of the reason why we went with this company. This estimate came from the sales rep Matt Green after we sent him a Google doc containing an itemized list of our belongings including images and measurements for each. Prior to putting our deposit down, Matt was very responsive and provided updated quotes and answered questions we had. For example, he pointed out that we would need a 26 ft truck as our destination would not allow a 52 ft truck and that he would ensure that was in his quote (this is important later). Upon pick up day (a Thursday), the movers arrived with a 52 foot truck and were unable to find parking nearby (as we lived in an urban environment). This led to an additional "long carry" charge, even though the movers were supposed to have brought a 26 ft truck, as well as a waste of an hour trying to find parking. When the pick up day was over, the movers told us we were at 930 cubic feet. The number of boxes we had on the truck was less than that listed in our initial quote and the large items had not deviated from the Google doc that was shared. This new square footage was over 20% higher than our original quote. I'm not sure if it is laziness or incompetence to provide a quote this far off when every piece of information needed to do your job is handed to you. We were originally told our delivery day would be 1-2 days after the pick up day (so, Saturday). We called to confirm after our items had been picked up and we were then told by Alex that our delivery wouldn't happen for at least 4 days at minimum, likely longer. We tried to contact our sales rep, customer service, and attempted to call dispatch back but we were unable to get ahold of anyone at the company for over 24 hours. This was mid working week, during business hours. The sales rep only responded once to tell us he was on vacation and to call Alex, but didn't leave any contact information. Useless! We had a 6 hour drive to our destination, so it was extremely important that we understood when delivery would happen. Finally, over 24 hours later on Friday late afternoon (8 hours after we had initially planned to depart), we were notified that our things would arrive either Saturday evening after 3pm or Sunday morning and we would know Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes and dispatch calls us to ask if a 52 foot truck would fit at our destination. We responded that no, it wouldn't, as the sales rep himself pointed out that it was illegal within the downtown area of Chicago. This was supposed to be pointed out in the quote. What we quickly found out is that there is almost no communication between the sales staff and dispatch and there is no quality assurance in place at this company. It is ridiculous that dispatch had no idea where a delivery was going until 3 hours before it was supposed to take place. The destination had not changed from the minute we spoke to this company and yet no one seemed to realize this crucial piece of information until just before it affected them. So, they insisted that we now had to pay $1 per cubic foot for our belongings to be transferred to the smaller 26 foot truck. Amounting to almost $1000. We complained and they only charged us $600, but that is $600 that we shouldn't have been charged to begin with. In the contract, it says that the average charge for a shuttle truck is $250-300 - very far off (going by their metric, that would imply the majority of their business is less than 300 sq ft moves which seems unlikely). We did eventually receive our belongings, though a few hours late from when they said they would be there as they had to transfer things. After all was said and done, they charged us $5,500 - 68% over the original estimate! All for things that should have been accounted for in the original quote. Overall, horrible incompetence on communication between sales & dispatch. A complete lack of accessibility for over 24 hours between Wheatland and us, their client. And egregious cost & fee charges. If for whatever reason someone decides to do business with this company I strongly advise you to do all your communication over email so you have a paper trail about what explicitly was or wasn't said. Additionally, do not sign anything until your additions are added to the contract and are worded exactly as you see fit because they will exploit any grey area they can. The packers & delivery staff themselves were kind & respectful. The only redeeming part of this experience is that only a couple things were broken.
