Salt River Lobster is pretty much run by some dudes who are slanging fish/clams/crustaceans out of a truck for a living. I ordered a lobster tail, a pound of mussels, and a pound of Ora King Salmon filet, which all cost me about $46. $46? What? It's because that ocean grown New Zealand Ora King Salmon is like $26 per pound. Yes, it was worth it! That fishy salmony taste was amazing and exactly what I was seeking. The color, aroma, and flavors made it worth the price. I read the criticisms by other people on Yelp but can't speak on them and hopefully they're not true. I like their products and that they sell out of a truck, but not sure if they're better price-wise when compared to an Asian fresh fish market.
