*Never going here again!* The first time I went to this place was a week after I arrived in Maryland from a drive across country. Internally (interior) my car wasn't really filthy (I'm a pretty neat guy) so I expected my visit wouldn't be very taxing on them. I couldn't have been more wrong. My first experience with this car wash was an absolute nightmare starting with a broken compartment door and ending with the fact that my car looked like it had been rummaged through and not cleaned at all. Maybe it was an off day. Let's try this again... My second time visiting this place was a lot better. My car was thoroughly cleaned (interior and exterior) with the utmost attention to detail. I was very impressed!!! They won me over!!! I'll stop by again!!! My third visit was so bad, I had to leave this review. I'll never be going to this place again. My second visit was clearly an exception in service. This place left my car exactly the same as when I brought it in with the exception of running it through the exterior wash. I can do that at the gas station for 5$. And no compartments will be broken in the process. read more

I do not normally complain but I now feel I must share my experiences about my visits to the Wheaton Speedy Car Wash. I took my van to be washed on Friday, July 3 and purchased a Gold Wash for almost $25. I am selling the van and wanted it cleaned well. I am not picky and just wanted the service for the price I paid. After the wash, I got into the van and noticed that dirt was still all over the inside of both doors. My wife called one of the cleaners over and he quickly sprayed and cleaned inside the passenger door and wiped the dirt away. The drivers door was also dirty, but less so so I let it go. When we arrived home, we noticed the floor in the back of the van was not cleaned at all and had all manner of dust, dirt and debris. The Wheaton facility is conveniently close to us so we have used it several times before for our other cars. Each previous cleaning was unsatisfactory but we did not want to drive much further away to other car washes. If the cleaners continue to just go through the motions and run to another car whether the current one is clean or not, we will be forced to quit using the Wheaton Car Wash and in addition let our friends know of our experience. We are seeking nothing but better service and avoiding the necessity of going to a facility that is much farther away. read more

Very poor car washing quality. Years again this car wash was the best in the area. Obviously now, a different (new) ownership operates this business.Nevertheless, remember if you have no other choice, but to have your car washed there, I highly recommend that you remove all your valuables. In addition, if you have a handicap placard, please take it with you. The last time I was there, someone at this Car Wash stole my handicap plaque. When I asked them (employee and manager) about it, they lied and stated that they never saw it. Afterwords, I reported it to MVA and the police. read more

Whats with not vacuuming the inside of the car on a 25 buck carwash? The outside was clean but the inside was was neglected. Not a fan!

I've come here a few times to get my SUV washed. Each time they have done a thorough job for a fair price.

Looking for car wash places around the area. This place was close and convenient they charge 35 for tire shine wash and wax vacuum the floors and wipe down the interior the car wash itself was as expected, but the interior part not so much the vacuuming seemed done ( almost brand new car) but the windows is were they neglected and didn't put on my window tint and the tire shine Ha cheap shit that dried up not even 10 mins down the road BUT you get a free air freashener with the package. Felt like I had a serious loss on money won't be returning. read more

Never again. I happened to be in the area and saw the carwash. I paid $30 for the Platinum service (did get a 5% senior discount without asking for it). The service was extremely ordinary and I will never go there again. The car was not vacuumed properly, windows were ok. I could have looked the car over and asked them to correct the cleanliness issue, but it was a cold day and did not want to hang around. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I paid $30 for the best wash, which was supposed to include wax and other protective sealant. I watched my car go through the wash and nothing was applied except soap. At the end I asked the attendants about this, and they claimed the wax had been applied inside the wash. I knew that was not the case so I called asking for a manager. Someone was supposed to call me back and nobody ever did. Montgomery Hills car wash is down the street. Go there instead! read more

I made the mistake today of going to this car wash as it's five minutes from my house instead of driving to a car wash 15 minutes away that I've always used in the past. Speedy Car Wash then quite speedily made me and my car miserable. It put a dent in my trunk that wasn't there when I got out of the car (the staff then denied it, of course). It inexplicably moved all of my seats, not just moving them back but screwing with the way the back and height were set -- forcing me to spend endless aggravation trying to get my seats back where they were. All the staff had to do was slide a seat back if they were too tall to sit in it as is. The staff also worked so fast that they missed all kinds of obvious spots on my car like large bird droppings. The staff was also incredibly rude. I paid for the gold package, spending $27.50 so that I could come home, wash my car again, struggle with the seats and now have to pay to have a dent removed. read more

Good Value. The line wasn't long and it moved fast, they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car thoroughly windows included. The actual wash was very good, and considering I only got the $12.50 I was pretty impressed, my car was a little muddy on the right side and the wash took care of everything. I hadn't been to this carwash in years. Got the GOLD service, (yeah, like $26) and found my front inside windshield still dirty, marks left on the back inside window, and all my vinyl floor mats dripping wet. Will say the outside was mostly clean...but not totally. Won't EVER go there again! read more

I gave the women at the desk my ticket and my car wash coupon book and she ays she didn't receive it when actually she either threw it away or lost it then she wouldn't do anything about it what a horrible customer service she is never again will; i waste my time there buyer beware. i give her a 0-star. read more

I will never take my car back to this carwash. I went to get my car washed today and when I got it back, I noticed some scratches on my the bumper and left rear panel. This car wash sucks and is pricy. Don't take your car there to wash. They will mess up the paint of car. read more
