First time customer, I guess they scratch my paint with their car wash machine, left all bunch of scratches. The cleanup crew barely cleaned up or dried anything up, left a lot of spots. Never put my carpet mats back in place Rims were scratched up as well Would not recommend!!! read more

Im a loyal customer! I've been coming here for a very long time. Maybe 8 years, but they have gone through maybe three cycles of different management. On a nice sunny day, there is likely a decent line, but it moves quick. I always get the regular just because that's all I need. What I love about this place is that for a regular wash, they vacuum your interior, take out your mats and vacuum underneath your mats as well. And after the car wash, they wipe down your car with microfiber cloths and wipe down your interior and rims. One suggestion I have is that they should use some type of spray to wipe down the interior because I still saw a drink mark on my middle console area (that I never knew was here before, but since I was examining post wash, I saw it), which I thought they'd wipe away I would give this five stars but I'm voting four because I do miss the miss the original management since they paid a lot more attention to detail in terms of vacuuming and wiping down your interior. And they only charged about $10 for a regular. Fast forward to the third set of management, a regular is now $14 and they still do a good job, but sometimes they miss things or the vacuuming job isn't consistently done well (like missing a few crumbs, but you know, no ones perfect lol and sometimes they're rushing due to a long line). But overall, it's still worth the visit for the price!! Still a loyal customer with the lates management. They are very friendly people. Don't forget to bring your rewards card! I believe the 10th visit or so calls for a free regular wash! read more

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE I have been going to this car wash off and on for a few years now. Today, when my car came out of the wash it had big black marks on the back bumper of her SUV. I told the owner/manager. He immediately went into denial, told me that the marks must have been there before, refused to clean the mess and started yelling at me. I had to borrow a wet cloth and rub off the marks myself. This is the rudest customer service experience I have ever had! Obviously it is my last. BEWARE! If you must use them, take a photograph of the car on all sides first. Ironically, my husband had the opposite experience with Touchless Car Wash; their machine had scraped off some paint. When he told the owner, he did not question him at all and offered to pay for the repair. They are more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for! read more

Whenever I take my SUV in to Masters I have to remove my bike rack, which is a little hassle. They have always done a superb job for the money. I always leave a tip in the box for them to share. I have their rewards card handy and I appreciate this incentive. By only rating with four stars I wish they would mark my rewards card with two marks whenever I spend twenty bucks. I came to Master's for the first time this afternoon on the recommendation of a friend who has been bringing her car here for years. She warned me that she experienced a noticeable drop off in quality during her most recent visit, but considered it to be an outlier so I risked it. I paid for the Ultimate wash as well as extra to have my all-weather floormats cleaned. Everyone was very polite and I waited inside while my car was cleaned. When they told me it was done, the owner came to tell me that they couldn't get the dog hair out of the fabric. I have two dogs who shed and my expectation was that there was not chance they'd be able to get a lot of it out without a full detail (which I wasn't feeling rich enough to pay for today). I get into my car and the first thing I notice is a plastic Mazda car part sitting in my front seat. I asked the two employees nearest to me about what it was and where it had come from, and they both kind of blew me off and kept cleaning the car they were working on. I waited until they had a moment and asked if they could please ask whoever it was that put it on the seat in the first place to find out where it had come from, and they went and got the owner. She pretty much laughed it off and after briefly asking the two people standing there (whom I had already asked), she said they found it under the front passenger seat and that they don't know where it goes. I asked her to please ask the men who vacuumed to see if they knew where it went and she said they did not. She kind of giggled and suggested that it probably came from the exterior of the car. I asked her that if that were the case, how would it end up underneath my passenger seat? She giggled again and didn't answer and went back inside to the lobby. At this point, I can't get anyone's attention to try to figure out where the piece went, and I know I'm causing a blockage in the driveway, so I leave and go home. Once I get home, I look in my back seat, and it is still COVERED in dog fur, as well as crumbs and other various pieces of lint. I understand dog fur is hard to get out of fabric, but I am honestly skeptical that they vacuumed the backseat at all. My trunk was not touched at all (there was sand and dirt and other things that would easily vacuum away that looked the same as when I brought it in). After a lot of Googling, I was able to figure out where the piece went (fortunately it was an interior piece that I was able to click into place), but I know with 100% confidence that it was intact when I brought the car in because I cleaned my car out earlier this afternoon, including under the seats, and knew that they somehow knocked it loose and didn't put it back. I am discouraged by the poor quality of the cleaning (especially since one recent review said their sedan took an hour to clean for the ultimate, and I have a midsize SUV and was in and out within 20 minutes (including the time it took to ask the questions about the random car part), the lack of concern to potential damage done to the car, and the way the owner flippantly blew off my questions and implied I didn't know what I was talking about. The exterior of the car looks good, but I had hoped for a clean interior too and it looks like I'll be doing that on my own. Final complaint- I had a cup holder full of change and it was empty when I got back in the car. Long story short, they are irresponsible, untrustworthy, overpriced, and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. It's a half-assed clean that you'll just have to re-do yourself, and you'd be better off just dropping some quarters into a gas station vacuum. read more

Honestly, I cannot put into words how impressed I was by this place. It is the best car detailing I've ever had. I paid $60 for an interior detail and my car looks brand new. Most places just do a basic rub down. The guys here went far and beyond including steamwashing my seats and carpet. **new owner alert** Let me start by saying that I have gone to this car wash since 2005 and have never had a bad experience.... till now! I got a wash and when it came out half of my car was still dirty, I asked them to wash it again and one of the guys began to wipe off the dirt with window cleaner! Really? After asking 3 people to rewash it they finally ran it through the wash. When they were pulling the car out one of the employees runs my car off the tracks of the car wash and hits the pole that holds the fans. She caused minor damage to my fender and bent my antenna. When I complained to the lady at the front she pretended not to speak English and directed me to someone else who just played stupid through out the whole time I spoke to him. They refused to take responsibility for any damage and even threatened to call the police on me because I demanded the owners phone number....come to find out the two assholes I was speaking to were the owners. Been coming here for about 3 years now. Owners are very nice. Workers are nice as well and do a good job. Prices are reasonable for a car wash. I just wish they had an unlimited wash plan like most other car wash places have. I will continue to take my car here for washing. Just not as much as its easy $20 per trip. Watch out for this husband and wife combo owners. They are snakes, they damaged 2 BMW wheels on the conveyor. They denied damage. I had just taken pics the the week prior when I listed car on eBay. I showed them pics and they still denied. I keep my wheels immaculate. Its funny I had witnessed an incident with another patron months ago regarding radio roof power antenna damaged and bent. And I saw how they mistreated him. I should I learned then that they don't take any responsibility or have any customer service. This car wash did a horrendous job on my car and I paid for the Super Wash. There was streaks all over my exterior and interior of my car! I am still so pissed! There were three ladies who were too busy talking to even do the job right! I doubt they even did everything I paid for the super wash! Do not go here! It is clear also that they used old towels to wipe (streaks) and my tires, bottom front of my car were never cleaned! I still had some small bird poop stains that could have easily came out! I had to go to the store and buy a product to help clean my interior and I keep finding streaks! Can you sense my frustration. I do not recommend there services at all! Very disappointed. I was in the area and stopped here. They did a great job vacuuming the interior, cleaning the mats (No crumbs and dirt left behind!!!) They took special care with wiping down the wheels and exterior. New owner refused to accept my free car wash card accrued under previous owner. To make it worse, she was rude and blamed me for not knowing the place had changed ownership! If there was a ZERO, thats what I would give to these people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. I am in process of lawsuit against these bad people, the Asian man who owns this place. I went for car wash at this Master Car Wash located in this complaint with my wife and 4 year old son. The owner of the wash center was there. I purchased Regular car wash for 13.99 which cleans inside and outside of the vehicle. They first did not clean my car from inside. I was asked to drive into the wash which I did. The owner directed me to do so along with his worker. When car wash started, it started dry with no shampoo and no water at all from very beginning. This resulted into damage my car's finish with scratches as it was running dry. Owner and his worker were standing behind look but they did not stop the wash and let it go. The car when came from other side was dirty but owner continued to wipe my car with his workers using wet towels to clean it instead of having it properly shampoo it first and then rinse and the wipe dry. When I told him that you have damaged my car and did not service the car properly as agreed to in purchase. He started cursing me in return of my humble ask. Instead of apologizing and re-cleaning the car properly, he started yelling not to come on his store any more. He was doing his act in front of myself, my wife and my 4 year old son.
