Their number is (631)894-2644, and the gentleman that helped me was Sarge. I left my alloy wheel there, and in less than 24 hours I had my scuffed up alloy wheel repaired and delivered! As much as I disliked scuffing the rims on my BF's Subaru, I'm almost glad I did. I didn't realize how great they were going to look and how nice the newly done rims would look on this vehicle. Paul and his staff are professional, honest about setting expectations and cost and they fit me into a busy schedule and assisted with getting the car fixed asap. They kept in communication with me throughout the entire process via phone and text. They even came to our house, put the Subí on jack stands and were in and out so fast. I expected this to be a hassle but it was so easy and the cost was on par with other services that offered less convenience. The rims needed welding and repainting. Our 17 year old borrowed the car. The 1 stipulation...yup, you guessed it "Don't scrape the rims". Guess what??? That's right the rim got scraped up. I contacted Wheel Magic and messaged Paul. We set up a date and time and he came right to my office and fixed the rim in about an hour. Just an FYI you may want to get a car wash BEFORE getting the rims done as you cannot take it for a car wash for at least 2 days after to let it cure. read more

Had four wheels worth of annoying curb rash on my Audi's "hypersilver" rims. Paul came to my house, explained the process (turns out hypersilver is a pain: two different silvers on top of one another, and then a protective clear coat on top of those)--Paul NAILED it. I recently damaged my rim and driving 8 mins on a donut to to drop off my rim overnight is not a great option. Despite my obsessive compulsive attempts to avoid curbs on my Tesla Model 3 Performance 20" wheels, the inevitable happened as I was trying to squeeze into an oddly angled parking space with someone next to it parked all the way to the line. It was the last in the row so a curb was on the passenger side that I hit. I did a bit of research and reached out to Paul at Wheel Magic Mobile Rim Repair and after I texted him the pictures of the damage, he gave me a quote of $100 if I brought the car to them (wherever they happened to be located that day of my choosing) or for $175 they'd schedule a time to come out to me. I figured I'd save the $75 and take a chance on wherever they were the following Saturday. Come Saturday, one of his guys, Ross, had his mobile repair truck at one of the Smithtown auto dealers which was only 15 mins away from me. I had my wheel loose already since I was test fitting my winter set, so I just had to pull up, have Ross grab the wheel, throw it in the back of his work truck and get to work. Normally they'd remove the wheel from your vehicle, perform the work, and reinstall it in around half an hour. Roughly 15 minutes later I was admiring his work. I can't even tell it had prior rash. It was a pleasure to work with Paul on repair of an out-of-round wheel. I went to him after my dealer claimed to fix the wheel perfectly, only to have the same front-end shimmy.
