Despite knowing the vehicle would fail regardless of whether emissions passed, they still proceeded with the inspection. It feels misleading to charge customers for a service when the outcome is already guaranteed. It makes me wonder how many other customers have paid for unnecessary work or services here.

So I get there at 8:15 and am told that the person who handles that would be there in 30 or 45 minutes. I'm unable to wait that long so I go back at my lunch break. This time I talk to him in the office but he says he's "busy" (hone of the mechanics was in the office with him and they were both just chatting and on their phones) and I'd need to wait at least an hour. The third time I go back I'm told he couldn't help me until the next day. If that's the case make me make an appointment and don't just say come between 8 and 3! I can't speak to their actual quality of service provided as I was never actually helped, but based on this interaction and the inability to be helped in 3 different occasions I'd never think to bring my vehicle here, and will caution my neighbors from utilizing their services even though they are close to home.
