After several trips to my previous mechanic, who presented me with bills totally hundreds and an explanation nothing wrong could be found with my vehicle, I decided to take it to Island Rovers, as my spouse had been very pleased with the work they did on the RR Sport. The owner, Travis Lane, personally checked my car, explained in detail precisely what was wrong, gave me a estimate and a service date. First, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Island Rovers will pick up, work on, and then deliver you car if you'd prefer. This is incredibly convenient if you can't take time off from work. My old mechanic and dealer didn't do that - and they're a "luxury" brand! Communication was constant and my car was returned during the time given. The estimate was so close to the actual cost there were no surprises. Travis even followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The folks at Island Rovers have always shown professionalism, courtesy, promptness and a work ethic few companies seem to care about anymore.
