However, I was a bit distracted by how often he consulted his phone for accuracy, and he did take a short call during the tour. I appreciated his creative use of music to help us imagine the park's history -- it was a unique touch -- though I personally didn't want to stand still quite so long for that portion. He had also planned to show us historic photos, but unfortunately, the tablet provided by the company had a dead battery, which reflected more on the company's preparation than on Aaron himself. On the positive side, we were lucky to get a VIP-style experience since we were the only two participants on the tour. Aaron was thoughtful and kind -- he even brought and offered us a poncho since it was raining. He also went out of his way to guide us on how to use the subway afterward so we could reach our next appointment on time, and he eagerly pointed out great photo spots and offered to take pictures for everyone. Overall, I'm glad I took this tour. Aaron clearly cared about our experience and made it memorable despite a few minor hiccups. FYI: this tour does not include Strawberry Fields or the Alice in Wonderland statue.

He was acting nervous but not nervous enough to not charge was all an extra us all an extra $10 for insurance. He pulled the bikes out for us and showed the guys how to operate the Ebikes. The bike road and operated well. We road to central park all the down to Rucker Park and back with no problem. The ride was fun. Unfortunately we didn't check the bikes for damage as they looked fine however when we arrived back to return the bike the owner claimed one of the bikes was damaged. Which we didn't damage anything. Remember he charged us $10 each for insurance on top of what we paid from groupon. Even if we damaged the bike which we didn't insurance should cover it.

One of the fellas even offered to come tow it for a nominal fee. Sean was very understanding about the need to reschedule and was polite when I finally showed up as promised. They also called me before moving forward with any additional work that was outside of our original discussion, which I really appreciated. My scooter was also available for pickup a day early! Finally, Sean also took the time to talk about the value of a Buddy over a Vespa as well as give me the run down on the Royal Enfield motor cycle that they carry exclusively - of which I am officially in love with!
