I assisted a 100 year old friend get a CT Scan yesterday. They provided the transport van. VERY happy, they were punctual, professional, courteous and helpful. Will share their contact info as I volunteer helping seniors. read more

Left me stranded in a wheelchair outside my drs appointment! They were 30 minutes late picking me up , took me to wrong address now 45 minutes late getting to my appointment so it ran late Wheels on wheels called Me letting me know they were going to be late picking me up after my appointment I told them that's fine and it work out because we were not not finished as we were late arriving wheels on Wheels then told me they were putting me down as a NO SHOW , I told them no ! So they marked me as a no show and I sat in the cold in a transport wheelchair that required another person to push from behind , these people are horrible and have been told this is their habit of over booking leaving folks stranded!!! Do not used them!!!! Would give -1 stars read more

Definitely recommend for Medical Transportation for my Aunt who is bed bound. We use a Manual Wheelchair with her feet up and their vans have so much space! Been using this company for about 2 years and don't plan to use anyone else but them. -Always on time or early -Safe Drivers -Communication on pick ups read more

I absolutely love this group. They are the first one I call for non medical transport. They have always been a couple minutes early, never late. The vehicles are clean and in top condition. I especially like the vans with the cartoons on the side. They take the shortest routes to your destination. But the most important thing is their staff. From the phone to the drivers, they are courteous and helpful. I get nervous backing my motor chair out the ramp but the drivers are always willing to help and will handle the joystick if needed. They always ask if you need help getting in or out of your residence, opening doors and helpful with directions. They truly care about you. read more

I'm older and have a huge problem walking safely. I contacted this company about rates to take my wheelchair and me to the Drs office. Based on the response their help would cost over $300. Yes I could actually pay that but I just have a real problem when elderly or people with disabilities are taken advantage of. We are talking about a 40 minute round trip drive during rush hour. Greed has consumed people since the pandemic. read more

Several experiences with this company have left me with signi reasons to seek transportation elsewhere. The first experience was a driver who sat in the van reading a book bc the company did not give code information. The truck door lift broke during this time and the doctors visit was cancelled by the driver. The second trip in an unsafe van with a dip in the center filled with the drivers oily tires, used paper towels, old drinks (I took photos), and papers and cigarettes in the seats. The next trip with a driver named Roxie was professional, very helpful, arrived early and was given codes, etc which made the trip exactly what it should have been for clients going to a health appointment. The van was a bit unorganized and was not clean, however she was a good driver. The next driver was new; Darren. He was a very unsafe driver who talked during the entire trip, was not paying attention to the road, desired to conversation about unprofessional topics about his home life style and family and used his phone during the trip to view Google topics and text messages. In my opinion, the company hires drivers who do not have appropriate driver or professional customer service skills. Management should get involved immediately for inspections on both vehicle safety and background checks. read more

The driver was late picking me up which made me late for my appt.the same driver was 25 min. Late to pick me up from my therapy appointment to take me home. I am disabled and not in the best health so his tardiness was very hard on me. I will not use again. read more

Found this company when looking for a transport for my father-in-law to get him home from dialysis in the Buckeye area. I had checked other companies and found some didn't transport after 6pm. Needed 7 pm. Also, we had experience with companies that were usually late or had less than stellar vans to transport--poor service quality. So it was a relief for my wife to find a company that was on time and whose operator was great to work with. A godsend for my wife who had been doing transport duties herself. Thank you Michael. I live in Alabama, my parents live in Arizona. I am trying to assist my mother in caring for my disabled father, from a thousand miles away. Michael, was very friendly on the phone and reassured me. Today he transported my parents for a doctor appointment. This spared my mom from having to drive and transfer my dad between the car and the wheelchair. My mother was so grateful to have Michael as a chauffeur. His help eased her burden. I am relieved to know that they will be safer when going out. Mom won't be making any more appointments without first verifying that Wheels-on-Wheels is available for transporting them. We highly recommend this company. read more

I am unable to drive myself to the VA hospital on Indian School so I had to rely on Wheels on Wheels to send someone to help me get to my appointments. The driver arrived on time, and then got me to my appointments on time which I greatly appreciated. The driver was also very personable and friendly. He also was able to pick me up in a timely manner even though my original plan to be picked up was pushed back due to medical issues and I was late by an hour and a half. I appreciate him being able to pick me up shortly after I called to be picked up. He did a great job with getting me to and from my appointments. read more

WOW has been great. It was so nice to have a ride that was clean, the interior in great condition (no tears in the upholstery, no exposed parts of seatbelts to rip your clothes etc). They carry toys to keep little ones occupied. The driver's have all been nice and cheerful. The only problem we had 1 time was the result of the Ride Choice dispatcher NOT from anything WOW did or didn't do! Now that they are 24 hours it opens up many possibilities to enrich my life further. Was so very glad when they came on board and offered us a whole new way to get around town!!! read more
