You are in the middle of doing my nails!! For quality customer service I would have expected her to say something along the lines of "I can except it this time but for next time..." I would have been fine with that. If I am not allowed to use the groupon then why was it available for purchase again? That is the companies problem and not mine.

When I cancelled, I lost all of my bonus points immediately even though I had to still pay for an additional month. The massage therapists are great but the business as a whole makes it hard to achieve enough bonus points to even redeem upgrades. I would look elsewhere
