Small chains have been popping up alot lately all across the fast casual landscape. Potbelly Subs, Five Guys, Jersey Mike's and Chipotle. They aren't going to be outnumbering the Taco Bells, Subways and Micky D's of the world but they aren't suppose to. They want to serve you good food in unique and better ways. Which Wich is no different. They are a small chain that gives you many options to choose from and all you need is a red marker, a paper bag and whatever you might be hungering for. Turkey & Chicken, Breakfast, Comforts, Italian, Vegetarian, Ham & Pork are all categories you can choose from and out of those there are some really good options. Meatball, Beef & Whiz and even a pretty decent gyro sandwich. Of course, if you feel like trying something different the Elvis-wich is that. PB, Banana and Bacon with a bit of honey. It's just not fried like the way the King liked it, but it was pretty good, although strips of bacon would have been better that crumbles. I am not a chain restaurant kind of guy, but a local chain is a different matter. If I can't get it at home, I have no issues with it. Plus there was the promise of peanut butter, bananas and bacon. More on that in a bit. After spending some time out in the sun in North Lakes Park just down the road, it was lunchtime. My brother had been here a few times and said the sandwiches were pretty good. Also pretty inexpensive. We were just looking for something quick and this was a short drive from the park. Easy enough decision. The deal here is they have a station at the front where you choose what kind of sandwich you want. Some of the categories you can choose from are Turkey, Ham & Pork, Chicken, Vegetarian, Italian and Comforts. Each of those categories has 5 sandwiches listed within it. You choose a bag from the category of sandwich that you want and mark which sandwich you want on the bag along with what other things you might want with it. Type of bread, cheese, condiments, etc. Confused yet? Go there. I made it sound a lot harder than it is. My brother and I both ended up getting the Elvis Wich. That is what I mentioned above along with honey. Now I eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches fairly regularly, but I've never had one with bacon. Elvis apparently liked his deep fried. That was not the case here. Simply toasted on wheat bread this was a really good sandwich. I paired it with an Oreo shake because I can't resist a milkshake if I see a sign for one. The bacon was chopped up and that was kind of weird. Not sure why they don't do strips here, but that is a minor complaint. They have an interesting thing going on here. read more

I walked in to this location in Razor Ranch this morning around 11:45 along with other costumers and there was no sign of anyone working there. I waited for several minutes... attempted to call the phone number listed to see if there was anyone working and the number would ring then give me a busy signal. Completely ridiculous. read more

Once was an amazing place to eat at. Only 2 stars not 1 because of COVID and I'm sure this has affected the e business. From the outside, it looks closed but the line next door was so long we pulled the handle and stopped in. No one else but a single middle aged man working there. No hello. No welcome. Took our order and we got our food. Once we get home it was by far THE WORST SANDWICH (x2) we've ever had. Two small pieces of rubber chicken-blackspots on cheese-brown hard boiled eggs--and the other sandwich was the fattiest roast beef we couldn't chew through it. Great sandwiches! I got a turkey sandwich and my husband got a meatball sub and our son had the grilled cheese. This is the second time we've gone and both times our sandwiches have been good. Our son even liked his lunch. They had other drink options for him besides soda which was nice. We got him some milk. My only complaint is that they do not having baby changing tables in their bathrooms. read more

First time going to this place. When you walk in it's a very down to earth atmosphere. Staff wonderful and explained process to me. Food was wonderful, way better than subway or jersey mikes. I got the 14in and half was very feeling. Ate the other half later. Full of flavor! read more

This is a typical Which Wich. I really like their sandwiches and all the options. However, I have a few issues with this particular place: 1) it was freezing in the dining area. I had to eat outside in July so I wouldn't freeze to death. 2) I told the staff I would be sitting outside but yet no one bothered to tell me my sandwich was ready. I looked in there several times and saw a sandwich sitting there but the guy looked at me and didn't react so I figured it wasn't mine. Finally I walked over and saw that it was my sandwich sitting there. My hotwich was now a coldwich. 3) their fountain drink selection is limited. The only diet drink is Diet Coke - No Coke Zero or Diet Coke. The sandwich was good and I'll be back but there are those few things that could be improved. read more

This is by far the best Which Wich around! The manager knows me by name and the staff is so friendly every time I come in. They are quick and always have my online orders ready when I come in. Plus they just make the sandwiches perfectly! There has never been any mistakes. read more

I've never been to a Which Wich before and I have to say I am extremely pleased with my Turkey sandwich with a side of Au Jus which resulted in one amazing meal paired with sea salt chips! I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and colleagues 10/10 I'll be back again! read more

First time at a Which Wich and I jacked up my own order. Realized it after paying and ordered the right sandwich. Man who I am assuming is the manager tried to give the second one to me for free so I didn't have to pay for my mistake. I declined, because I had someone to give the extra sandwich to, but I really appreciated the offer. Class act. Will be back. read more

I love Which Wich, however this location does not do the place justice. I've been here at least 6 times since moving to Denton and my sandwich has never been what I've asked for via the brown bag. Today was the final straw for me. I understand that mistakes happen, but the order is written on a bag! They weren't busy and the wich isn't especially complicated. I got lettuce instead of spinach, oil instead of vinegar. This has happened several times in different instances, too. I decided to try a cookie sandwich today as well. Don't waste the $3.50. The cookies had to have been made days ago or were severely over cooked. They are so hard that the ice cream squishes out on all sides and makes it impossible to eat. I couldn't even take a bite, so I had to butcher it with a knife and eat it in crumbles. Every experience at this place has been awful compared to the others I have had at different locations. Employees weren't wearing hats while preparing food and refused to put them on until I informed them that it was a health code violation. The district manager was present but hadn't even noticed, and she argued that they had gotten "good marks" during their last inspection. That is definitely not the way for a member of management to handle a situation where a customer has had to point out food safety violations that employees are trivializing. read more

Ordering can be a bit confusing, first you look up on this really big and convoluted wall of madness, then pick from a list of things that all look really tasty, but could also lead to selection regret if you accidentally pick the wrong one, which fortunately hasn't happened to me here, but still. Finally, write it on a bag, and give it to some tattooed guy and you'll magically get a great sandwich. The End. read more

Great place I eat here all the time the workers are nice. The place is clean, Always! I'm writing this review for three stars instead of five because they are changing to the same ol same ol menu for their products. Discontinuing a lot of goodies that made them unique like candy walnuts and dry cranberries. Don't give up on yourselves stay better than Subway. read more

I'd heard good things a out Which Wich but tried them twice and was disappointed both times. I liked the idea of having customers fill out their own orders on the sandwich bags, could speed things up and make orders more accurate, right? Wrong. I ordered a seafood salad sub and clearly checked off NOT toasted. They toasted it, warm seafood salad?? Gross, it was inedible. I gave them another chance and tried the pulled pork sub, the pork was bland and tasteless, the sauce about the same. Maybe it's because the one here is relatively new? I don't know. But one bad sub I can give a business the benefit of the doubt, two and I'm sticking with Subway or even driving 30 mins to Firehouse subs. read more

I had the worst service experience here. I almost always give bad service the benefit of the doubt (you never know what's going on, they're people too), but this was exceptionally rude. The girl at the register wouldn't make eye contact with me and she treated me like an obstacle, It was like she did nothing to disguise the fact that she didn't want to deal with another customer. Two more male employees came from the back to make the sandwich. The two were goofing around with each other (including touching each others faces with their gloves and speaking in silly voices). They seemed to be having a good time, but they didn't bring any of that enthusiasm to their work. One of them loudly complained about having to make my order while the other lifelessly manned the register before he then bussed a few tables, swearing under his breath while he worked. While I waited for my food this awful music was playing, three or four songs of this bogus Passion Pit sounding stuff. I know that's an offbeat complaint, but it didn't fit the atmosphere. It was too hip, too urban outfitters for a family sandwich place. Finally my food got to me, and it was fitting that they called out what I had ordered rather than calling out my name like they're supposed to... and my order was wrong. Very wrong. It was cold, on white, with onions. I had extra hot, on wheat with onions. I threw it away because I didn't want to have to deal with the staff anymore. Which is a shame, because I've had such good experiences with the staff before. Now it seems like the staff don't like to deal with people, so, I'll give them just that and I won't come back. read more

I went in on Sunday evening just to stop in order and then leave. I went to the ordering counter, ordered ONE medium sandwich and a shake and he said it would be 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I said "hey I ordered a shake" he then replied with "oh yeah sorry I made it but forgot to give it to you". I received the shake all liquidy and melted. After waiting for 50 minutes I finally received my sandwich. If I knew that I would've ate somewhere else. read more
