Stopped here while driving on I-95. My first time to a Which Wich. Sandwiches are made to order. Only three stars because I was overwhelmed by the choices available... that may be a plus for others but I couldn't figure out which flavors would work well together on a sandwich. The service was good... the staff took time making each sandwich. That did take a little time so maybe not the fastest restaurant if you are looking to make a quick stop during a long drive. Plenty of seating, and clean restrooms. read more

Stopped in here on our way to the shore. I love the concept of writing down all your choices on a bag they provide with your name and when it's ready it's exactly the way you ordered it. Love that it's toasted. Bread is fresh and delicious. If I had to give one negative it would be a heavy hand on the mustard. I had to attempt to rub most of it off. Otherwise it was a delicious sandwich. Fries needed to be cooked a little longer. Also, they should offer a sauce for your fries when you pick up your order. Sounds trivial but getting back to your table then realizing you needed ketchup is annoying when they could have just offered it to you from the get go. Oh well ... just my rant for the day !! read more

Today was the opening of the Which Wich on North Old Carriage in Rocky Mount. The store was very clean and there were extra wait staff as you would expect with a new opening. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I tried the Ultimate BLT and was very impressed. The bacon was firm and tasty. The bread had a nice firm texture, but the inside was fresh and soft. The avocado on the sandwich was the perfect texture. I really enjoyed my sandwich. I hope the quality continues over time. read more

I ordered from this place on DoorDash and the first time they sent me a salad when I ordered a sandwich and made a replacement order and they sent me a pile of slop on top of the sub roll ‍ gross!!! Completely thrown together without any concern for the customer!!! Would you eat this crap!!! Not to mention it costs more when ordering from DoorDash!!! This place seems somewhat clean in the main part of the restaurant, but only the manager wears a face mask. We are pretty disgusted to see the person making our food not wearing a mask and another employee walking around with it below their face. As I am pregnant (which should not make a difference) we will be throwing our food away. read more

This was a convenient stop for a quick lunch on the way to the beach. I've never been to any Which Wich before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had the superfood wrap and it did not disappoint! 5 stars for concept and menu selection balanced with a 3 star for execution. The selection was very interesting and had difficulty deciding what to get. Family got a gyro, Rueben, cheesesteak, and a banh mi. Gyro was pretty decent. Rueben was good except for soggy bread. Cheesesteak was meh because it didn't have enough flavor. Banh mi was ok, although not very true to a traditional Vietnamese sandwich (too soupy, didn't have the spam-like meat, and veggies weren't pickled. Ice machine was broken too. If I stop again, I'll probably try a cold sandwich. read more

I have visited this restaurant 3 times now and the service has been perfect every time. They make the best sandwich I have ever eaten. I love this place and now will start going by after work to take home for dinner. I have gotten something different every time and love them all. My favorite is the Wicked sandwich. Sandwiches are a bit expensive, but the staff are outstanding! We had just moved to the area and this was the first restaurant we went to after moving our items into our home. The store had just opened so they were used to explaining their process to customers. I am gluten-free, and they were very helpful and told me about all options I could have. I decided on a Lettuce wrap sandwich and it was delicious! They also give children a coin with a kids meal so they can get some M&Ms out of machine. Great place for kids and families! read more

The lettuce Wich was made from fresh crisp lettuce- low calorie and low carb. My spouse appreciated the freshness of his warm sandwich bread. I came into the store a few days ago and there was a female cashier that was very rude very blunt and not helpful at all. This restaurant is in a strip shopping center and in the area of local hotels. We were seated near the bar which was a nice booth with raised barriers between tables which made conversation easy. Our server Kaydi quickly came over to offer drinks, an energetic tone, a positive smile, and the refreshing Southern "yes ma'am/sir." I got the Blues Brothers Burger with sweet potato fries, a very tasty lunch, and filling. We were offered to-go drinks, a cordial touch. Pricing averaged about $25 per person, a very reasonable price for the value delivered. Overall, we will certainly be back the next time we're driving along the east coast. I hope we're lucky enough to meet Kaydi again, as she's an asset to this establishment.

Service was friendly but server had a little trouble remembering if they had Guinness. I would expect the servers to have this information ready as they serve primarily burgers and BEER, ya know. It was an early Fri nt dinner for us so not crowded or busy yet. Noise level was moderate and we could still talk without raising our voices.
