Customer service, I'll give like a 7/10. I stood there for a little while and neither of the two guys working the front greeted me or even acknowledged and I was standing there. When the young man who was packing the orders, I think he may have been a manager or supervisor because he had on a white button up shirt with a tie saw me standing there for a little while, he came over and greeted me and helped me get my order. We normally don't have this issue at other Smithfield's, so I don't know what's going on at this location. I love their food, so I recommend this restaurant. Hopefully you have a better experience.
