They have unfortunately closed SO MANY of these sandwich shops... first had it when I lived in South Carolina... those closed... found one in Vegas we visited every 3 months from Reno... closed... Sacramento had one 2 hour drive over the hill.... closed. I was upset every dang time... but here we are with family now in Texas and there is still one in The Woodlands and at IAH however The one in Lake Conroe closed since we visited last year smh. I'm keeping all my toes and fingers crossed that this one remains open so I can get my toasty Italian grinder with mozzarella, black olives, and avocado every time. I've always been a huge fan of which wich sandwiches! I love the concept of choosing which brown bag you want based on the protein option and being able to check off all the toppings you want. It's always a super easy process and the sandwiches are delicious every single time. I got a 7 inch sandwich and a bag of chips for $11.25 which is slightly pricey in my opinion. I recently visited this Which Wich location about 30 minutes before closing and was extremely disappointed by the behavior of one of the staff members, Julio. His attitude and actions toward customers were rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. As soon as we entered, Julio began aggressively placing chairs on tables and sweeping the floors, clearly trying to send a message that we were unwelcome. While waiting for our food, I moved a chair to sit down, and he continued sweeping around me--at one point even hitting my foot with the broom. This was not only inconsiderate but completely unacceptable. Shortly after, two elderly women came in to place an order. Julio swept debris from the floor in their direction and then very rudely informed them that the store was closing in 10 minutes--despite the fact that it was only 7:40 PM and the posted closing time is 8:00 PM. When they asked politely if they could sit and wait for their food, his tone and demeanor were unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. I understand that working near closing time can be frustrating, as I've worked in retail myself. However, there is a basic level of courtesy and professionalism that every paying customer deserves--regardless of the time. Julio's behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. If Which Wich values its reputation and customer loyalty, I strongly encourage management to address this kind of behavior. First time and didnt relieze i paid that much for bread and lettace! Bread was old and toasted to cover it up. There was Np Meat! Only a half sliver of chicken that appeared to be cut up and spread out to look like it was on the whole sandwich. Should of just ordered the vegan sandwich. Order 60 boxed lunches for a corporate luncheon and they didn't label any of the sandwiches. I called the restaurant to explain that some people don't eat pork, so marking the sandwiches would have been ideal. I spoke with the store associate "Hannah" and she went on to explain that "Pork would be ham and would be pink...and bacon is pork". While comparisons to Subway are understandable, I submit that Which Wich blows Subway subs out of the water. With richer protein options such as corned beef and three solid options for vegetarians (caprese, avocado, and black bean patties), the menu presents quite a few more appealing options. I also enjoyed the ordering process, which is all done before you even get to the counter. Under a large menu board near the entrance, there are several stacks of sandwich-sized brown bags (organized by protein choice) and pre-printed with the many topping options. Premium toppings, such as avocado, are clearly marked by an asterisk, but there are many, many free toppings and options to present a dizzying array of permutational possibilities. Using a supplied marker, all you need to do is mark down your customizations before bringing it to the register. After paying, it only took about five minutes for our hot sandwiches to get into our hands. I went for the black bean patty, which was better than expected. Vegetarian patties can often be bland and crumbly but Which Wich's black bean patties are deeply flavorful and full of spice. As far as texture goes, it held up bravely against the avalanche of toppings I'd requested. My husband also enjoyed his roast beef sandwich, though his only slight quibble with it was that it seemed more like steak meat. There were plenty of tables for those dining in, though we decided to take it to go because the blasting air conditioner would've likely turned us into human popsicles by the end of our meal. We slipped in about forty minutes before closing but our order was accepted cheerfully and the young man at the register was as polite as can be. My husband took my 3 kids in to grab dinner while I was at a work event yesterday evening. He ordered a pizza sub for my 5 year old and asked to add pepperoni to it. The guy behind the counter flat out said "no I can't do that" my husband offered to pay an up charge if he could just add pepperoni and they still refused and would not do it. I'm not sure what the issue is or why it's not allowed to add pepperoni to a pizza sub with an up charge but we will never be back again. read more

The location seems to be getting worse. The fry machine is always broken, orders are almost always wrong, and they take a very long time, plus it's very dirty but it's the only nearby location. I placed my order through the app at 10:15 am, with a listed pickup time of 10:35 am as the ready time provided to me. Unfortunately, this store doesn't open until 11:00. While it was my fault for not knowing the open time, I trusted the pick up time it offered. When I arrived and realized the store wasn't open, I attempted to call to see if I could get the order made later as I had to go to work. There was no answer all the way through 11:15 when I quit trying. I tried to call to see if my order could be made for me on my break at 2:30. I was told the order was made when it printed after they got everything online and I was welcome to come get it. I clarified that the sandwich was made around 11:30 and had been sitting for 3 hours. It had. They would not remake it. This was a free redeem from the rewards program so I'm not asking for a refund, but I was pretty frustrated with the attitude of the scenario. If the app is going to accept orders outside of open time, list a pick up time etc, and no one is going to answer the phone to remedy, it feels extremely off putting to suggest I pick up a sandwich that's 3 hours old. read more

I do not know how to begin to explain my frustration. At work today we decided to order which which. I went to their website to check out the menu and asked my coworker to order a sandwich that was $7.75. After the order arrived, I noticed I was charged $11.75. Additionally, my order was wrong, and I also had to pay an additional $6 delivery fee. I drove to the location to get my order corrected and to collect my $4 refund. Heck, I didn't even ask about the $6 delivery fee being refunded even though I had to drive there myself due to their error. When I arrived I asked for the correct sandwich, but instead was met with an explanation of their menu. I proceeded to ask for a replacement sandwich and my $4 refund ( even though it should have been $10 for the over charge and delivery fee). I was told to contact corporate if I want a refund. At this point I pulled up their website that clearly stated the price of the sandwich I ordered. Several times I was told I was wrong and they continued to dismiss the fact that the price is clearly stated on their website. Since they refused to give me a refund of $4, I requested they provide me with a bag of chips and a drink. They agreed to the chips but refused to give me a drink. I asked to speak with the manager only to be insulted. The person I had been speaking with WAS the manager. This manager told me I should be HAPPY with a bag of chips because she is DOING ME A FAVOR for fixing MY MISTAKE. I tried to explain that the sandwich she was going to make would be significantly smaller than what they initially incorrectly provided AND since they refused my refund it would only be fair in order to rectify the situation. I was disgusted by the manager's behavior. Knowing there was no way I was getting a refund or food, I left. Calling their corporate office was my only hope to resolve this matter. After several failed attempts to reach anyone, I had to resort to completing a contact card on their website. Of course no one has yet reached out. My son is in marching band and during the marching season we buy the Which Which dinner package. It's around $150. I can tell you I will NOT be purchasing this package from them for the next 3 seasons after this experience. They won't be receiving one cent from me. I am appalled with the level of customer service I received. The fact that they would not refund me the $4 that was incorrectly charged shows their inability to accept responsibility for their mistakes. I'm out $17.75 and didn't get a darn thing for it. Horrible customer service! The manager, Howard needs to be demoted! They delivered the wrong sandwiches and refused to fix it! Tried for the first time and it was awesome! I love subway (guilty!) but the one by H-E-B is garbage so we decided to try WW for the 1st time. Fast and friendly service, good prices, fresh and yummy! The sandwiches have a good serving of meat and cheese and are very filling. I was able to have my regular sandwich for 2 meals. My husband and I both had the classic club and it was great. Never been to Wich Wich, tonight was actually my first time. I got here after a workout at 24hr fitness and got me a large hamburger sandwich. Whenever I got my sandwich I opened it up and everything fell apart, the meat was a bit less than warm, and the bread was so soggy and the sandwich cut unevenly that when I picked it up everything fell apart. I had to grab a fork and eat it. If you have to war a sandwich with a fork then that tells you everything already. Never coming here again, I'll play it safe and go to subway or pei Wei next door.
