I really want this place to work so I hope they can fix the few concerns I have. Let's start with what is good. First, everyone is very friendly. Good service. Second, the flavor of the bagel was good. I got the parm truffle. It was tasty and the bagel was soft on in inside and crunchy on the outside. The first thing that is noticeable is there isn't a printed menu or menu board. They have a kiosk that is a bit much for the older customers. They really struggled with it. While I was able to navigate the kiosk fairly well, I also wanted to page through all the menu options which was also time consuming. My personal suggestion would be have a hanging digital sign they can change with flavors. The other suggestion would be to have a person taking orders on one and the kiosk open on the other especially on busy Sunday mornings. It took about 10 -14 minutes to get our order which we took to go since there is a limited amount of tables. One thing i didn't care for was the cream cheese. I got the veggie and my friend got the scallion. The scallion had carrots it and the veggie just wasn't for me. They had samples of bagels and cream cheese and the other flavors were tasty so that is one is just a personal preference issue. I know they are a new place so I will try them again after they work out the kinks. Good luck to them in the future. read more

Horrible service and unhygienic!! They have a kiosk to order and it never prompted me to pay. It printed out a ticket and said to take it to the cashier to pay. I took the ticket off and walked to the other side of the counter looking for an employee and saw no one. The guy working then walked over to the kiosk and asked if someone took the ticket and looked mad. I walked back over and gave him the ticket and before I could say anything he started accusing me of trying to not pay... I explained that it had not prompted for me to pay and I was trying to figure out how. I was never expecting to get my order without paying??... He kept complaining while telling me over and over that I hadn't paid and that's when I should have just turned around and left. I was so uncomfortable and he was not being understanding about this miscommunication at all and he was coming off as very angry. He rang up the order and I paid and then I watched him proceed to not use gloves or wash his hands before making my sandwich. The poor food safety practices mixed with the attitude will keep me from ever returning. I don't even want to eat the sandwich I ordered after that whole experience and just want a refund. Waste of money! Treat your customers better!! read more

Stopped by and picked up an order to go. The self ordering system is pretty user friendly. Decided to try a few plain bagels, one everything bagel with cream cheese, and two slices of pizza. The slices to go were not anything special. A whole fresh pizza could be a different experience. I'm a fan of pizza, so they did the job. The bagels were pretty good. Nice texture and chew. Would have liked to have one of each. The cream cheese smear wasn't generous but enough to enjoy. Easy to find location, plenty of onsite parking. read more

This is the best thing to happen to Spring in a long time! It is in an unassuming black building right on the outskirts of downtown Spring. The owner, Joe, brought his love of bagels from the east coast. He and his wife are super sweet and friendly. I would seek these bagels out if I were in New York, but I am so happy that that they are here. The cream cheese is also phenomenal. You have to try the candied jalapeño cheddar cream cheese, it's life changing. They also do pizzas that I didn't get to try, but they smelled delicious. I can't wait to go back! read more

Place only serves bagels as a sit down dish on Wednesday and Thursday. The ordering system is all done on a confusing menu at a tablet on the counter. Sometimes there is a line. Need more help. Restaurant is changing it's menu to much more upscale food so the prices will be much higher. read more

I went yesterday for the first time. I got a salt bagel which was good. I got the jalepeno cream cheese which was great and the scallion cream cheese which I don't think I was given scallion (it look like little miny grilled onions). You ring up your self at the front. The only worker there wasn't the nicest. He gave me cold bagels and I asked if they could be heated up. He seemed very annoyed by that request and said I did but I guess I'll reheat it in the oven. They were hard and cold so I don't think they were heated to begin with. It was just me and another person waiting for food. I don't think I will be returning. read more

Tried out Tri-State Bagels for the first time today after spotting their black building a couple days ago while taking a different route to work. My coworkers and I were in the mood for breakfast, so I suggested we give this new spot a try -- and I'm so glad we did! I ordered the #3 Lox, something I've never tried before, and it was absolutely delicious. It was a totally new flavor experience for me and I ended up loving it. My coworkers went for the classic plain bagels with plain cream cheese and said they were really fresh and tasty. The service was great too, the girl at the counter was super friendly and recommended I try their bourbon maple cream cheese, which ended up being such a unique and tasty treat. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. One small suggestion would be to make the menu a little easier to read and include pricing more clearly. I'd also love to see them add more of their own bagel creations, like the numbered ones (the #1, #2, #3, etc.). It makes it so much easier to order, and it really caught my attention that they might even make their own cream cheeses, which would be so cool if they paired them with specific bagel combos based on flavor profiles. All in all, great first visit and I'm excited to come back and try more. Definitely a gem worth checking out! read more

Whenever I am in a new area I always search up bagels on yelp. The business's name sold me as I too am from the tri-state. The bagels were GREAT. Definitely worth a future drive from Kingwood. If they weren't out of taylor ham it would have tasted just like a bagel back home from Jersey. The pizza by the slice is also something us tri-state people can appreciate. Nice crunch/crust, sauce, and plenty of cheese. I also am glad that my lox bagel was given a hefty portion of salmon. read more

Wait in drive through Sunday morning was 30 minutes for a bagel breakfast sandwich. From the first contact with employee, service seemed chaotic and she seemed lost. She couldn't ring me up, needed help. Had to wait for her to find help, I was patient and let that go all go. Ordered a breakfast sandwich added cream cheese and red onion. Was told that adding onions was not "allowed" ??? After long wait, order was wrong, dry and underwhelming. No cream cheese that I paid for, and over cooked eggs. Bagel seemed ok.
