They have a small arcade area when you walk in. You can also pay to play with the steam tables in a different section. There are snacks and some bites of food sold inside. I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. There is a fun beaded pit with some toys to play with. Great place to burn the kids energy for the day.

However, trying to book a party myself has been incredibly frustrating. I've called multiple times at different times of the day, and no one ever answers the phone. I also sent a message on Instagram, which wasn't seen until the next day, and even then, it was left on read with no response. For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Saturday's are busier days for them, but we have no complaints! They accommodated us two days before hand due to weather. First walk in and it seems packed for the size. All tables are taken, but wait about 10m and a table will open up. We were told the rules when entering, especially about no peanut products or food / drinks from outside. Once we sat down, you see outside food / drinks which leads me to assume that there is no enforcement. Space is divided into a small area for toddlers and a larger for big kids (adults can go into both). The staff hung out in the food areas and reception, leaving the parents to manage the play areas. Negatives I found was the cleanliness. Look at anything 6ft or higher and it is covered in thick layer of dirt and dust. Which is concerning as the blocks, walls and foam areas that are constantly being touched. One reason I chose not to purchase food. When ppl left, tables were not cleaned. Would be nice to have a disposable towel bucket (ie gym facilities) to be able to clean the tables. The place is not bad, just some negatives that concern me with this many ppl and little ones. Positive is that parents can follow their kids almost everywhere. So the larger / older kids tend to be more respectful when running around the little kids when there is an adult in the area. Everyone seemed to be having fun, I did not hear anyone complaining (tables are close, so be ready to hear others conversation and then hearing yours).

THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH VOLLI AND EVERYTHING TO DO WITH ARMORY - The company now…read moremanaging the pickleball courts, who share space with Volli and are ruining the wonderful atmosphere that was Volli prior to Armory taking over. Our visit to The Armory Pickleball Club in Marysville was unfortunately ruined by an extremely unprofessional interaction with the manager, Ryan. This was our first time visiting. I had created an account ahead of time and believed I had reserved a court from 5-7 pm, but the booking system is confusing and I never received a confirmation email explaining what I had actually reserved. When we arrived, there was no staff available to greet guests or help new players understand where to go. I walked the entire facility looking for someone and even called the phone number listed, but no one answered. Since all courts were full except one, we assumed that was associated with my reservation and the four of us (on a double date) began playing. Later in the evening, Ryan approached us in a very abrupt and accusatory way assuming we were sitting there drinking and using a court without permission. I immediately showed her my reservation and explained that this was our first time there. As soon as I realized the system likely required each person to pay individually for open play, I offered to pay for the additional three players right away. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or helping clarify the confusion, Ryan continued speaking to us in a rude and confrontational tone that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. It was especially frustrating because we were trying to do the right thing and resolve the issue immediately. Adding to the poor experience, the women's locker room had no toilet paper, and many of the tables in the seating area were covered with dirty dishes and had not been cleared. For a facility promoting a social atmosphere, basic upkeep and hospitality seemed to be lacking that evening. We had actually been having a great time until this interaction, but the way Ryan handled the situation completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun date night. Because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning.
