The staff very professional and friendly. No biases and very thorough to keep our children safety. The school makes our tax worthy and every year they send us school supplies that something public schools never give us instead pocketing our tax money to their entitlement staffs. This school so much different! It's Qualified and quality to maintain our children achieve the best in their personal learning! Thank you for being professional and supporting my child !

I now understand why staff is leaving and children are as well. If you want to deal with a principal whom ignores calls, terrible at communicating, is intimidated by conversation, ignores multiple emails, etc. then go ahead and enroll your child(ren) in this school! If you want to deal with discrimination then this is the school for you! If you want to deal with a school that doesn't care about your child's education and future then this is the school for you! If you want a school that doesn't care about the fact that your child had hip surgery and is unable to attend but yet independent study work isn't provided... they just instead ensure that they exhaust their online programs so that they are still active and doing things... then enroll your children here! If you want the best of the best for your children then PLEASE take them elsewhere!

We went through every obstacle together and every little milestone together , the program focuses on your child's individual needs and addresses their concerns, there is no judgment in this community on your child's behavior ! We were all there for the same help ,I could not thank Evelin and Fedra enough and the Behavior therapist and subs he has had in between the love and care and patience they had for my son I could not put In words they became our family and our safe haven , one of the greatest additions in the last year was their new BCA Maria , she supports the BTS as well as the family's and i was so greatful for the support all the time , the check ins , and the programs created for my child, if your looking for a spot that you want your child to succeed this school is it, thank you Dream big for truly the best 4 years together.

The current team of technicians have a strong bond, work well together, and maintain a positive culture amongst themselves . Most of us do the best we can with the limited resources and materials available. Unfortunately, DB prioritizes appearances and aesthetics over the actual quality of care being provided. There is a heavy focus on keeping the center visually appealing with "approved" toys and decor, but many of the materials are outdated or not engaging for children who have been attending the center for years. Another major concern is the lack of effective support from upper leadership and some clinical staff. Programs are frequently recycled instead of being individualized, and there is not enough meaningful support provided on the floor. Management also seems more focused on enforcing cleanliness and threatening us with write-ups than supporting staff or improving client care. The environment has become increasingly hostile, and there is a noticeable disconnect between the core values and how employees are treated day to day. The turnover rate is high for a reason. Many experienced BTs leave because there is little room for growth, minimal recognition, and limited pay advancement despite job postings suggesting otherwise. It also feels like tenured employees who speak up or advocate for themselves are often pushed out instead of supported. That said, the relationships among the BTs and the consistency with many clients are what kept this experience positive for as long as it was.

The technician that was assigned to our son (the second time) noticed that he showed behavioral patterns that indicated SPD. Neither my wife nor I were familiar with this, and the tech suggested some resources for us to read and learn from (one of which was The Out Of Sync Child, which comes on an audiobook). I am always thankful for YI and that tech, as, until our son could officially be diagnosed (later diagnosed as autism), that tech integrated her therapy to be in line with children who have SPD. Unfortunately, SARC assigned another agency to our son (as he required many more hours, which YI couldn't meet; as well as other services that YI doesn't offer). That agency, among many other problems, didn't know (or bother to learn about) SPD. Fortunately, after pushing our Regional Contact for another agency (as well as asking to go back to YI, as, even though our son was getting fewer hours, those hours were FAR MORE SUBSTANTIVE than the new agency--in fact, he was REGRESSING with the new agency), the new agency (which could meet the new hour demands and other services) knew about SPD and their techs are trained about it.

He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, which already tells me he feels safe and happy there. The teachers have been amazing from the very beginning. They pay attention to him, they encourage him, and they treat him with so much care. We've noticed how independent he's becoming, especially with little things around the house. He actually loves cleaning and helping, which I never expected at this age! I also really appreciate the communication. I always know what he's doing during the day, what he's learning, and how he's growing socially. The school feels clean, warm, and well organized, and you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. It's not easy leaving your baby with someone else, but St. Mary's has given us a lot of peace of mind. I really feel like they care about him. We're happy we chose this school and look forward to seeing him continue to grow there.

We had to be put on the wait list for about 6-9 months. But it was definitely worth the wait. Ms. Stephanie was amazing getting her settled into her school day routine. Then she transitioned to the primary class with Ms. Charity and Ms. Gizem, and she loves it. So much so that even on her off days she asks if she has school that day. Makes my heart happy and puts me at ease knowing that she is in a safe, nurturing place where she actually looks forward to going to. All the staff is great, from the Director, front desk, kitchen, etc. The food I've tried that they cook onsite is delicious as well. My daughter even says she eats her vegetables there!! Thank you St Mary's Montessori for doing such an amazing job in caring for our littles ones.
