On the drive up we followed the written directions provided by Orbix rather than the GPS. Once we arrived we were greeted quickly, provided instructions on how to pick colors (and advice for those of us who couldn't decide on which color combo we wanted to use for our ornament), joined our private class (which was super cool) with lots of time to tell us about what we were going to be doing / patience, each made our own ornament and then we were able to have it shipped back to us within a week after it cooled down. It was a seamless experience. We want to sign up for either the flower class or the tumbler class next time.

During your visit, make sure to look out for Odie, who really runs the place. You'll get extra points for giving some dog-belly scratches, so plan an extra half-hour for that. Those Alabama and Auburn fans and their loved loved ones will enjoy many team-themed items from which to choose. One team sells more; I'll never tell which.
