I called it a "Manzilian" I wanted it all gone. I went to the location in (Webster) and they didn't have a specific employee to take care of me for my specific need, so I was sent to the (league city) location. You have to try everything once, right? Plus, Sigrid, a older lady took great care of me with a amazing 1st wax. She talked to me through out the process and gave professional guidelines to follow. It did hurt being it was my 1st but I was happy and sore lol with the results. I was giving a promo deal and one specific area to be waxed for free, which was a plus for me. She was so professional and quick. At the end she even took the time to pluck the leftover hairs (usually I don't let anyone do that because like I said before I have a low pain tolerance) but the way she did it was so painless. Who wouldn't love waking up with perfect, natural looking brows?! I did have a big concern though...I either found reviews that said 'it hurt' or 'didn't feel a thing.' My other concern was that I wanted to find a place that had really great reviews- they are working on your face after all! So... here is it... Natasha is WONDERFUL! She numbs your eyebrow area before starting the microblading. So, the most you feel is pressure. And in some places you don't even feel pressure. Believe me when I say that you do not have to be concerned about pain- I DO NOT like needles and have a low pain tolerance. The numbing process honestly feels like a really rough eyebrow plucking. Then once that is done, you don't feel a thing while Natasha does her magic. Skin Solutions Day Spa is my new favorite place! It's very cozy, you walk in and you are met with wonderful, relaxing smells. Everyone I met was very patient and nice. Great customer service- which is an absolute must for me!! They offer so many different services- eyebrows, eyelashes, massages, skin treatments. It's hard to just choose one! And honestly, the reviews all speak for themselves. I highly recommend this place- why drive all the way to Houston when you can have first class spa services right here in the Suburbs?!
