Pros: Ambiance was very over the top, in a good way. Lot's of stuff to do and look at every which way you look. Lot's of table space looking around at a lot of TVs. I was very surprised to find beef birria pizza on a menu that was mostly just regular sports bar food. Cons: While that pizza was unique, the execution was a little questionable. Very few toppings, poorly cooked crust, and a dipping sauce that was almost more soy sauce than it was birria. Also, don't get me started on the service. The most rude bartender I've ever interacted with in my life. Tips: Come here if you're staying at one of the attached hotels.

Whirly ball was so fun! We had booked an hour of time and check-in was super fast and easy. They explained the rules to us and showed us how to operate the bumper cars and then we got to play a couple rounds. The bumper carts were comfortable to sit in, but definitely wear pants as my legs got a little bruised up from the handle bumping into me whenever I got bumped by other cars. The court is a little warm so I would wear something lighter and breathable. There is not much space to store any belongings in the court so don't bring too much in. We also got a few beers before the game. The bartenders were super nice and friendly! Beers were reasonably priced -- it was $17 for two michelob ultras and one stella.

Setting up a reservation for whirly ball was super quick and easy. I got all my questions answered over the phone with Liz! Staff was super friendly and genuine the day of as well - shoutout to Elijah. Whirly ball cars were super smooth and easy to work with. We had one unoccupied car and it didn't disrupt our game at all. Elijah was attentive to all of our needs and easygoing.

Had an awesome time at WhirlyBall Twin Cities! The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and helped keep the game on track. Whirlyball is a mix of bumper cars, lacrosse, and basketball all at once. Bumper cars are on a basketball type court and everyone has a scoop to pass and shoot a wiffle ball to score on the other team's board. The facilities were clean and well kept. Inside the arena it is hot so best to dress in lighter clothes - exercise clothes worked well.

Went to a work trip in Minnesota and Whirly Ball was listed as a team activity. I signed up and went in blind not looking up anything about it. I just knew I wanted to win lol..This ended up being a lot of fun. A mix between bumper cars and lacrosse? Either way it works. I played several games as its only 10 mins per game. I highly recommend it. It was nice doing something different and I would definitely do it again.

OMG! This place is a blast! Definitely will be back!! This place is deceivingly huge and has everything from 2 floors of whirly ball, an escape room, laser tag, bowling, and many bars to serve you! The food is really good as well! I think I spent most of the 4 hours there playing laser tag and whirly ball. First of all, what the heck is whirly ball you ask? Well imagine sitting in a bumper car, and tryin to play lacross. The object of the game is to throw the whiffle ball into the target that is as tall as a basketball hoop. Now, it is harder than it sounds but is soo much fun! You get to really see the competitive nature in everyone! The laser tag arena is also super fun! You can play teams or singles. One note, you get super sweaty running around! but you get to see where you rank on the scoreboard when you are finished and that makes people want to shoot you even more! Definitely a fun time!

Attended a birthday party - exclusively for laser tag here. We rented the space for 1 hr each round is about 7-10 minutes with a couple minutes in between to switch out players and check the score board. We arrived a few minutes before check in time to grab drinks and socialize. They did not have drink menus and when the bartender noticed me looking up the online menu on my phone he told me they don't put out the drink menus out because they don't carry all the ingredients to make the drinks listed on the site/menu. He made me some kind of fruity drink. Overall nice bar staff. Laser tag- we had a little over 20 ppl show up. It was around $350/1 hr of laser lag (~$17 per person). Outside of the arena the staff explained the rules and how things worked. The place was a bit loud with everything going on (other parties and such) but we got the gist of things. We then moved to a tiny room where the vest/laser guns were. As we were a large group we needed every vest available. Part way through the first round a few of the vest died/weren't charged so that made every round less ppl which meant less rounds for everyone to play in general. The arena was a decent size for the amount of people they allow in at a time. It was 2 stories and enough room to move around. I will say this, the first room we entered to get gear smelled REALLY bad - musty/sweat & food (the staff were eating) then when you step into the arena it smelled like pee. That part alone made me rate low because based on a lot of the vest not being charged and the smells, everything felt dirty and gross & it was hot in the arena, which made me not want to participate anymore. The vest needed to be cleaned because they smelled & who wants to put on a musty vest?! We went on a Wednesday night and it was very busy despite being a week day. They have an upstairs bar but it was closed despite how busy the place was. We needed water and had to go back downstairs to get it. The staff was nice enough to give us cups and a few pitchers to bring upstairs for our party - again great bar staff!!! I probably wouldn't go here again but the issues I had could definitely be fixed easily.

Our group of 12 family members from 23-61 had the best time on Black Friday at whirlyball. We are always on the lookout for things to do when the extended family is in town for thanksgiving so decided to give this a try. What is it:a mash up of bumper cars, track ball played on a small basketball court How it works: -5 v 5 -red v yellow -games are 9 min so we subbed in and out -scoring is automatic -fun for all adults -lots of different strategies-defense? Offense? Blocking? Hide by the goal? We booked 90 min but the standard is an hour. Looked like they had about three courts, we were upstairs. I did later find a couple of bruises in odd spots on knees and hips and you have to sign a waver. You get instructions before and steer with a sort of joy stick that is easier than the complicated description but once you start doing it you'll get the hang of it quickly. Note-you really have to hit the exact center of the basketball backboard sized target to score-no mulligans in this game!

Whirlyball is like playing lacrosse & basketball on bumper cars. They had several parties while I was there, so it was a little busy. There is, also, a bar, laser tag and bowling. So, something for everyone to do. This is a great team sport for families, coworkers, and friends. Doesn't look like it, but the competition can get fierce. It could, also, be a great ice breaker. While this game looks simple, it is challenging. I didn't scored any points, but I gave a couple of assists. If I'm in an area, again, where this is offered, I will definitely be playing this, again.

WHERE'S MY SOUR CREAM? I love me some condiments and I ordered extra sour cream. I didn't get any sour cream? We were staying at the hotel next door and opted for a late dinner from Whirly. We easily placed the order over the phone and my husband walked over to pick it up. He said the place was bumping inside! I have to say- I had chicken nachos and the portion was large! It was a little dry and they forgot my sour cream! The avocado was tasty. My husband said he enjoyed having a drink here while he waited- he enjoyed the people watching.

The birria beef was flavorful, but there was a little too much avocado crema for my taste, and the consommé didn't have much flavor, which was disappointing since that's usually one of the best parts of a birria dish. My mother-in-law ordered a rice bowl and said it was huge but had way too much rice compared to everything else. My partner had the Alfredo, and that was probably the favorite at our table. It was creamy, tasted great, and I liked that they used cavatappi pasta instead of the usual fettuccine. We skipped appetizers and dessert this time. Overall, the food was decent but didn't really wow me. I'd give it about 3 out of 5 stars. The Alfredo was a pleasant surprise, but the loud atmosphere and a few misses with the food would make me think twice before coming back during a busy event.

Wait times were not bad at all and I do love the amount of interaction that is involved with the store with all the games that are also featured here too. My one big gripe about this place is that the games itself are overly expensive and I understand that they give you "bonus credits" for what you spend when you initially get your card. I only put $10 in but I only played a few games since that's all that I could afford. Mainly I just enjoy playing all the pinball games which I was sucker for. It's got a great sports bar atmosphere but expect to possibly spend about $80-$100 if you're coming here with friends . It's a fun time but it's enough to break the wallet a bit

It was a late Sunday afternoon and I was looking to take two teens and a five-year-old bowling. $7.50 per person - per game - plus mandatory shoe rental at six dollars per person to include the five-year-old. Mind you the place might have been a little understaffed but they were trying. Two games of bowling, shoes, nachos, app sampler, pop drinks, plus a tip was over $200 as a walk in on a Sunday... is that what it costs now!!!? Bowlero Lakeville Rocks for Birthday Parties!…read more We just had the BEST 10th birthday party for our son Jaycen at Bowlero Lakeville this past Saturday! They reserved 3 bowling lanes for our group of 17 kids and a few adults, which was perfect. Food & Drinks: We opted for their party package and it was fantastic. The chicken tenders, fries, pizza, hot dogs, chips & salsa, and chocolate chip cookie cake were a huge hit with the kids (and adults!). There was also unlimited soda (Pepsi products) which kept everyone happy and hydrated. Amazing Staff: A huge shoutout to Felicia, the General Manager, and Jenna, the Event Manager. They were both phenomenal! Felicia was on top of everything, making sure our party ran smoothly. We were so impressed to see her helping Jenna clean up after the party - that kind of leadership doesn't go unnoticed! She was incredibly friendly and truly made Jaycen's birthday special. Both Felicia and Jenna checked in with us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed - they were on point! Fun for Everyone: The kids even got arcade game cards loaded with funds to play with, and Felicia and Jenna encouraged them to enjoy both bowling and the arcade games. They were incredibly patient with all the excited boys running around. Taking it Home: After the party, Jenna helped us gather all the leftover food and provided boxes so we could take it home (seriously, enough food for days!). Overall Experience: This was an absolute slam dunk of a birthday party! Felicia's management and Jenna's event coordination made it such a success. Felicia absolutely deserves recognition for her fantastic leadership, and Jenna for her excellent service. They were both amazing and so easy to work with. Thank you, Bowlero Lakeville! P.S. This Bowlero location seems to have really improved since our last visit. We will definitely be back and will encourage friends to host their birthday parties and even events here!!
