They initiated the construction on space I rented AFTER I rented with no prior warning to members. Second I end up in the hospital I get out discover MY KEY HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED yes I did complain about the construction SO THEY BOOTED ME. I did not get the space or the time I paid money for and they have stopped all communication as they're WRONG WRONG WRONG and don't they know it!!!!!!

The offices here at Space Lab are beautiful (and quiet), the amenities here are first rate, Bobby (the owner) is can-do, organized, and friendly. Coworkers are friendly. The building has food trucks on Thursdays. Right now (Sept, 2024) there's construction in the building (can't hear it) so it's a little hard to find in the offices in the building but it's absolutely worth the effort. There is never an issue with parking and that is a big deal in Downtown St. Pete.
