They offered to order a new one but would have take our chair back and it would be 8-12 weeks until new chair arrived!!! Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store!

However, try getting the staff to notice you. It is by appointment ONLY and no one will even tell you this if you are a first time buyer - you might as well be one of the fixtures for all of the attention you will get. That said, once you get an appointment, the sales personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful - until you walk out the door. We had a bathroom remodel and their subcontractor broke the mirror over the sink. Upon calling, they insisted we go through our plumbing contractor (who had nothing to do with this guy). They pass the buck on everything. The subcontractor installed a new counter top and there was fine dust embedded in all of the cabinetry which I still can't get out completely. Our plumber was baffled as to why it would be his problem. Famous has done well and they have become quite arrogant in dealing with customers. I will shop elsewhere next time.

I had put on some lbs from the initial measuring. So when they did all the measurements and tailoring only for me to come back 2 sizes bigger... that was probably a tailors worse nightmare. That was truly embarrassing. But they were able to have the pants let out quickly and were able to sell me another vest that I was able to fit into. Long story short, crisis avoided and I thank them for that. I will definitely be back soon. They do great work!
