I'm up here visiting family and started researching options to purchase skates while in town and came across Matt's website. I emailed and we struck up a conversation. He was responsive and helpful. I finally made it to the store yesterday for a fitting and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Matt took the time to talk and get to know me and my needs. He gave me so many options and explained the pros and cons of each. He was upfront about price points (not cheap) and when/if a more expensive option was better for me. These are not entry level, recreational skates. Know what you are getting into. His prices were exactly what I expected for my needs. I tried on five skates in multiple sizes covering three brands to ensure that I was getting exactly what I needed. He includes heat molding, blade mounting and sharpening with a purchase. He was understanding of my need to think about it and not purchase day of. He wasn't pushy at all. I was able to text him and order the next day after confering with my husband. I will absolutely be back and Matt is now a trusted partner in my skating adventure.

Stopped at the store just after closing last night (Sunday) for the first time and when I peeked in…read morethe window to see if they had a large selection of gloves, a gentleman opened the door to answer any questions I had, which was very helpful. I returned this morning just after it opened and was shown to their selection of Fastpitch softball mitts. We found a decent glove at a fair price and quickly checked out. I then asked if they had relacing kits and was told they were currently out but had the lace, but no needle. And then the man checking us out informed us that they offer relacing service. I showed him where my daughter's glove was broken and he said he'd have it fixed by 4 in time for her game tonight. This was excellent customer service as I was in a bind and it saved me from having learn to re-lace a glove for the first time on my daughter's glove in a time crunch. I interacted with 3 employees over two days and all gave us levels of customer service that I thought were long dead. Thank you, Play It Again Sports! See you in 6 weeks to get the rest of our glove relaced!
