I am sad that aha is no longer open. I am not at all tech savvy but I could go into aha with total…read moretrust and confidence that I would not be screwed over or taken advantage of. There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying. The whole time I kept saying to my husband that I wished aha was still open. So Joel, if you see this, thank you and know that a lot of people miss aha!

I have Simple Mobile that I got through him, and my partner is on Page Plus, also through him, and the service and phones are great - so much better than Boost that I had before. I'd highly recommend Aha! Wireless to anyone looking for better service (just not Boost), and a great price on repairs - my broken iPhone screen cost less than half the price of the Apple store, and I haven't had a problem since! Great job, guys!

I asked for her opinion on what frame she thought would go with my photo. She gave me three options, but I loved the very first one she picked. This is a top quality framing store with all the right acid free products. I highly recommend it.

This review is long overdue. I've worked with Cass to frame two pieces already, and I just dropped…read moreoff a third project with Jen today. There are other places near me that do professional framing, but none of them are as cordial or communicative. I place a great deal of weight on this. If I'm going to pay hundreds of dollars to have something framed, I want the process to be organically collaborative. At McKay Bricker, they review options, mats, and layouts in a way that informs and involves you. And they're just good people; friendly, patient, and willing to talk things through. In terms of quality and attention to detail, I have no complaints. When I brought in a mid 1900s etching, I wanted to frame it in such a way that you'd think it was original to the period. Cass nailed it. A few months later, they framed a page from an 1870 atlas. Today, I brought in a collection of army insignia. Jen took the time to find a mat that was nearly identical in color to a shirt that was issued to soldiers in the 1960s, and then did some math & design magic to make everything fit and work. Are you going to pay more here than you would at Michaels? Almost certainly. But the value you get in the decades of combined experience, the quality of the work, and the customer experience makes going to McKay Bricker a no-brainer.
