There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying. The price was great, but they do not accept credit cards so instead of outright purchasing the instrument in full, I financed it through a financing company they obviously promote at a high interest rate for I was going to pay it off next month or two anyway. With that said, I just received a notice, October 18th via email that my order has been cancelled due to no inventory. So now I probably have to deal with this Financing company while my order has been cancelled. Very frustrating for I was really looking forward to this instrument.
