Such a nice spot with a nice vibe. Randomly popped in one night & can't wait to stop back in! The bartender was super nice & answered any question. He also suggested beginner cigars for a lady which was super helpful. Give them a try you'll be back for sure!

Had a chance to drop in briefly last night to check out "the new kid in town" - and was pleased to see how well they have transformed the space into a cozy, stylish whiskey/cigar bar that adds yet another dimension to Olde Town's continuing renaissance. Great selections of premium spirits and, while I am no cigar aficionado, judging from the looks on the faces of those around me - they were pleased with what was on offer there and I look forward to sampling some of that myself very soon. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable bartenders, professional service and prices that are not hard on the wallet! Yet another solid reason to come to OT Slidell - one among many!

OMG I love this bar! The drinks are made with excellence and precision by Gabriel and the music is always a vibe! My girl and I always enjoy our outing there... The service is next to none! Five

Hank the bartender is a rockstar. My boyfriend LOVES whiskey and was beyond excited to come here... butttt I was reluctant. Although I love the song and want to be a "whiskey girl" I'm not. However, I think Hank won me over. He made me a strawberry-peach bourbon smash. I just learned that all bourbons are whiskey, but not all whiskeys are bourbon. So I guess now I'm a "whiskey girl" - for tonight at least! Thanks Hank!

Tears of Llorona paired with a Montecristo White Series cigar.

Who knew Whiskey and Ashe would have a bottle of one of the best Tequilas made?!? I've never seen a bottle of Tears of Llorona in person and it was unopened so I got the first pour. Paired it with a Montecristo White Series and I was a very happy guy. Great bar, relaxing, excellent bartender, great selection behind the bar as well as in the humidor. I'm now a regular!

Wow..... Can't even explain why the bartenders are so slow and confused. They don't seem to have any idea how to serve drinks.

From the moment we were seated, she carried herself with such grace, warmth, and attentiveness that the entire dining experience felt elevated beyond simply enjoying a meal. Rebecca possesses that rare gift of hospitality that cannot be taught -- the ability to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. She moved through the room with poise and confidence, anticipating needs before they were spoken and offering recommendations with such knowledge and enthusiasm that every choice felt perfect. The food itself was outstanding, rich with flavor and beautifully prepared, but it was Rebecca's kindness, professionalism, and radiant spirit that truly transformed the evening into something memorable. In a world where excellent service can sometimes feel rare, she reminded us what true hospitality looks like. She was attentive and even packed my Togo box going above and beyond in my Perspective. It's been pretty bad the last two years in a row so this year we decided to try the owner's other restaurant! The Rack House looked very nice upon entry (other than some very dusty barrels which happened to be located right next to our table) and they were playing pleasant ambient music at the perfect volume. We were promptly seated and it didn't take long for our server to get drinks started for us! Most of us ordered waters, but my Mom ordered an extra dirty martini that unfortunately came out as being way more alcohol-heavy than she normally likes, but she didn't bring it up to our waiter. We got the sticky ribs as an appetizer, which the whole table agreed were VERY good. Our waiter was very polite and attentive and brought some free rolls and a variety of butters for us to try as well! My mom ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta while my dad ordered a steak. The pasta was good, but wasn't anything super special for the $23 price tag on it, and sadly my dad's steak came out very gristly and overdone. We told our waiter about the issue and he was quick to take it back to the kitchen to have a new steak made. While we were waiting, multiple managers (or at least what I can only assume were managers) apologized to us about the issue and assured us the new steak would be out soon. Our waiter--accompanied by one of the managers--brought the new steak out, and they waited to make sure it was cooked correctly this time as my dad cut into it. The second steak was an improvement, but it still wasn't very good. My dad didn't want to make a fuss about it and said it was alright. When our check came we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had comped the steak for us. Overall, it was a fairly good experience. The food wasn't terrible, and when there was a mistake the staff was more than happy to correct it. It seems like the people who run the place really do prioritize the guest experience and want people to be happy with the food they're paying for! I'm hoping it's just an unfortunate coincidence that their food just didn't measure up to the price tag this time, but it's difficult to say with only having visited once.
