To give us more information she sent us additional resources explaining the full purchasing process in detail. After going over what we were looking for in a home, Trixie was quick to send us listings within our budget. He assured us that we can trust him to get this house sold quickly. He got us through, and we got offers. On the house with a few big challenges, termites, roof rpl and rotten wood..., he still managed multiple offers including the one offering 150k over our asking price. When we had to travel out of state in search of our new residence he willingly offered us to watch over our property. He even took care of our plants while we were gone. When we needed something to be notarised, he was right there and squeezed us in. During this process we definitely feel like our relationship became deeper. He came through for us again and again. So thankful that we had him on our side representing us. Thankful that he was our realtor.
