I was new to the home and to the area so via google I found Lenny and...........he saved the day. I think he could tell on the phone that I was beSIDE-myself and he did his best to talk me through the realities of my situation and gave me a thorough overview of the processes -- and was completely upfront and clear about his fees, et cetera. He then went out of his way to arrive at my home as quickly as possible and was, again, absolutely thorough -- not only did he remove the bat, but he then inspected my entire home attic to basement. However, being that my roof is super-tall, he was not able to check the exterior of the chimney. SO, after having been paid in full and then inspecting the whole house (though, really, he was not in least bit obligated to do ANYthing but get the bat out), he came back a couple of days later with a super-tall ladder and not only ruled out the chimney exterior as a factor, but while he was up there did some preventative sealing of it just to be safe.
