Best car wash in Daytona Beach!!! They use a broom brush to clean the front and rear of your vehicle! Very affordable for the basic wash. There are many car washes to choose from in our area, but we really love our local Whistle Express. It is always fully stocked with cleaning supplies and super strong vacuums , the mat cleaner is awesome , and the property is spotless and most of all the staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially Katrina the manager. Failed to cancel reoccuring monthly charge. Failed to respond to email inquiry about cancellation status. Charged my credit card 28 days after original cancellation request. Disputing this charge with credit card company. I will say my experience with folks and operation at the Ormond location was fine. Corporate is a different story. read more

Originally Cloud car wash built next to WaWa. This chair bought it and changed a few things. When you pull up you use a touch screen to select your level of wash and any add on you want. Drive around the corner and enter the tunnel. There is someone there guiding you in. Going through the tunnel I noticed the brushes seamed to hit my cars very hard and I was wondering if they would scratch. Luckily no scratching noted on the two cars I tried both light color though. I also noticed there was never a brush that came down on the windshield front or read. It also may account for why it did not seam to clean the car that well. Still spots that I needed to hand clean later to remove. I did not bring any of my sport cars as I am concerned the rails will scrape but the person there said they have gone through without problems. Over all OK but not as good as what some drive through car washes had done. For the price it is still a good value for a quick cleanup. read more

It is overpriced and what passes for "wax" there is absolutely useless. One rainstorm after a wash and the entire car is covered in white spots that can only be manually removed with a rag and elbow grease. I have no idea how people are satisfied here. I've been there twice and pretty much the same thing happened on both occasions. I can't say how much I miss the one down the street that closed and did a great job for half the price. read more

Normally I would have given this car wash a 5 star rating, I have never had a issue before this. A temporary #1star review, something is wrong with there track that moves the vehicle that resulted in the car behind to bump me. I think it happened to another vehicle behind me because we all stopped moving again. Seems like there equipment needs some repair. Until then I am not going to use the car wash, there are many sensors in the front and rear bumpers of these new vehicles that can be damaged and expensive to repair. I contacted the company Via web site about this situation and will see how long and what type of response I get back. I will give another review then. Great car wash but always someone at the vacuuming station blasting music while they dry their car and clean it up. If they would put up a sign that says no loud music and enforced it the place would be so much better. It would be five star and a lot more people would vacuum their cars and go there more. I know I would go at least a couple times a week. I just hate to pull up and someone pull in beside me and turn up the music so loud I can't hear the person with me. read more

My wife's credit card (our form of payment) was compromised and we cancelled it. I went inside the car wash office three times to give a different card for our two vehicles and once, the attendant took the card to update the account. I went there two days ago and my bar code didn't read and the attendant informed me I didn't have an account. She sent me through and I went to the office to straighten out the problem. A different young lady pulled up our accounts and the system showed my account as "expired". She asked if I wanted to deactivate and I said. 'of course." She said the 'new rate would be $40(+or-). I had been paying $30ish and she said since my account was expired they had to charge the new rate. My wife's account has not changed! New owners, yada, yada , yada....... So, I cancelled my wife's account and we won't come back unless our original monthly charges are reinstated. And I've sent several friends and neighbors to this place. And they didn't even have the decency to contact me to make their screw-up right!! read more
