I went through the car wash, once I got out of the car I was appalled at the fact the face of my car was still dirty. Drove back there. Spoke with the guy standing at the kiosk to pay and explained my issue. He told me that they are no longer allowed to wash the back of your vehicle. And he also said because I had an antenna on the front of my vehicle that the back would not be properly cleaned. I would have been happy if I got to go through a second time and got my car cleaned. I would have been happy if I received a refund. What did I get? "I'll open the gate so you can leave".
